Hot cross buns were distributed after the mass. I remember everyone in our little town use to be crazy about them. Easter was the only time I would get to taste them and your video brought back memories. I can't wait to try this recipe with my mum. Thank you for this video! ❤️❤️❤️

Hi Florence, your buns are just phenomenal, my mouth is watering. And you know what, l have a hot cup of coffee in front of me and no bun. Easter is round the corner, am going to make them. Happy Easter in advance. God bless you and your family. 🙏❤
Hi Florency, l made your Hot Cross buns today, and they were hit. Came out fluffy and soft. Family loved them. Thank you dear for sharing. Happy Easter, and God bless.
Easy peasy, oh what fun, Coming up with Hot Cross Buns. The yeast is set aside, Giving it time to ferment and rise. The flour is gently folded, Raisins are blended. The dough goes through a process, With loving hands that press. Patience is needed, Pun intended 😅 Lovely video, well demonstrated Duo. 💞👍👌😋

Hello Estrelina! Please call me Florency, if that's alright with you 😊. Thank you for writing to me! I'm happy to know that they turned out well❤️ Have a blessed Friday and a happy Easter 💕
Hello, I love your recipes. I tried these thing called sausage pie from goa. It's like a puff pastry coating and choriz stuffing. Can you pretty please make a video on that!
Hi Florency! Thank u for sharing this delicate and easy delicious looking Hotcross buns recipe❤👌 Right in time for Maundy Thursday! Just wanted to know how many grams your divided the dough into to get 12 buns?
Hi Florency... Thanks for sharing this wonderful recipe.. you brought back my Good Friday memories.... We get these buns only on Good Friday every year... just a query... what type of vessel do you use for stove top baking.?... Is it Alluminium?.. bcoz I had a large steel kadhai and when I put salt below and made a bun last time...my kadhai got black stains ( due to salt and heat) and it became useless for cooking ... since then I have never tried anything using this method.... Please let me know.. God bless you.(Pune)
Hello Rashmi! Hope you are doing well; thank you for a glimpse of your warm memories 😊 As for your query: I use a heavy bottom vessel with a non-stick coating. It's a pretty old one, and serves no purpose since the non-stick coat has peeled off, which is why I have deemed it to be used only for stove-top baking/steaming. God bless you greatly, Rashmi, thank you always for your good wishes and support ❤️
Thanks Florency,... your solution for my query has been helpful....now I will surely try the garlic bread recipe you posted... Thanks again and wish you a blessed time ahead.(Pune)
Hello Elias :) You can use that, but you can skip the step of activating the yeast. Do read the details on the packet, I suppose it would say ‘add directly to other ingredients ’. That's because it's instant. 1 and 1/2 teaspoon will be enough. Thank you and Happy baking💫
