How about some Pina Colada Buns | Pineapple and Coconut Buns

Ingredients
4 cups of flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 cup of brown sugar
2 cups of freshly grated coconut (1 fresh coconut)
2 cups of milk
2 cups of pineapple chunks (1 can pineapple chunks)
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
1 tsp nutmeg
A pinch of salt
1/2 cup of softened butter
Baked in a 350 degree oven for 20-25 minutes

Yes, that was those were the best buns that I have ever had. Yes, as long as you enjoy pineapple, you will be addicted to these buns. Every bite has a chunk of pineapple 🍍. Its outrageously delicious.
Ps: Note that the first time that I had this was on one of my flights to Dubai..my co pilot and cabin crew had a very nice time enjoying it as well. I think my co pilot. V. F and head of the cabin crew S.P took the leftovers away . Have a blessed night guys ❤❤❤💪💪💪💪🇬🇾🇬🇾🇬🇾💯💯💯💯🍍🍍🍍🍍c
