Just watched this for the second time. This is a great example of what the pros try to teach us on line. Playing with space; using the “call and response” of the blues. Takes a lot of discipline to play slowly and soulfully and not fill every bar with 32nd notes. And…. All the good tools we have at our disposal were very tastefully used: slides, bends, double stops and vibrato. And NO distortion! So well done. Kudos.

Nice! So many options on how to play that progression and keep it fresh, that's what makes it so much fun. Did you make your own backing track? Ah geez, you play that song with one feeling in the morning, another after work, have some beer and then really starting feeling it :-)

I don't know how many times I have watched this video. Didn't count. I think a lot…. I'm 69…. I bought an electric guitar last year. Before that, I played classical guitar with nylon strings for myself. But I really wanted to try what you do. This is not possible with nylon strings. I completely agree with Mike Noble's opinion.... An abundance of game techniques and excellent workmanship! Beautiful and melodic! Thank you for this video! I really want to play like you do. And right now I'm working on it. I'm just copying your performance…. Could I download the backing track somewhere? I really want to have it on my phone…. I'm sorry for my bad english....

Everything worked out. Thank you very much.... Could you answer one small question? In what positions (1-10) do you put the tone and volume controls on the guitar? I can't solve it for myself... :)

It was a while ago, so my memory is not quite sure, but I think the volume and tone on the guitar were both at 10. I think the amp was a Blackstar HT-1RH clean channel with the gain set to about 3/4 and recorded at the emulated output.
