I’ve been seeing those typical thumbnails of a person feeling great after waking up at around 6am, and then the other feeling groggy after waking up at around 10am or whatever, and I have to say, it’s total bullsh*t. The whole idea of that principle is just a misconception, because ultimately it just boils down to our body clocks. If someone is an early bird, then fair enough, they probably would feel good at like 7am, but if someone is an night owl, then they obviously wouldn’t, even if they had a healthy lifestyle. See, everyone is different, and so you don’t have to be an early riser to live a healthy life. Maybe that’s the case for a lot of successful people, but there’s so many intricacies to something like this, it’s never as simple as what’s being presented.
Yeah I agree to a certain extent. For me though, If i've achieved something by like 10am vs if i've just woken up at 10am, I have a definite shift in mood towards my day. But I guess this is purely psychological rather than physiological and is just how I personally work. Other people are potentially very different when it comes to this!
