What does Clint Hanson himself prefer for his personal rifle? Single stage or two stage trigger? Could Clint show us some of his personal rifles as he goes through his build, explaining why set up the rifle the way he did? I’m sure he has many different ones for different purposes.
Will there ever be 16 inch fluted 308 barrel? Also Will there ever be options for different fluting designs such as spiral?
Can we see some details, and close up shots on the new 9mm upper & lower chassis. Perhaps you selection of 9mm barrels to choose from? And some other juicy parts you sell, to round out a build!
Since BA and Aero Precision are working together are the barrels that Aero sells BA barrels?
Can I custom order a 16” 300 blackout with an A2 front sight post? So it looks like a traditional M4ish carbine with regular handguards. Would you use a pistol gas length system and just put on the A2 front sight post but not use it as a functioning gas block?

When are you releasing the 458 socom barrel and are you gonna do a 350 legend barrel.
Just bought my first aero precision ar in a rifle length gas system and 18 inch barrel. I know they use your barrels for there build so I was wondering do they use the Hanson profile barrel for the 18 inch?
Clint, I love the Hanson series, in my opinion it is the epitome of barrel design. There is one spot in my collection yet to be filled. I need an 18" Hanson with a rifle length gas system in the pencil profile. Is this something we can see coming down the pipeline or is it too niche? The 17.7 mid length has become my SPR, but I'm looking to shave weight for a 0-400 pack rifle in the Arizona deserts. Thanks!

Question: I’m really wanting a build with an A2 front sight base. Can taper pin machining be requested like with some other companies? Or maybe offered in the future?

Kris Snessak yeah I’ve heard that about them offering that service. I have a build in mind for the future, and I’d like to get my barrel from BA already finished!
We do offer FSB installation on our website. We drill for the taper pins in-house and the barrel will ship with the FSB and taper pins installed. You will see that option as an add-on for each barrel on the individual barrel's page. You can either choose to add on the FSB only or FSB with delta ring assembly, both options will be installed with taper pins.

Question: I was able get a great 4th of July deal on a BA 16” modern series with the gov’t profile from Primary Arms. Today I ordered a lo pro gas block and gas tube direct from you guys. Can Clint offer me any advice on what he recommends I use for the rest of my build-to make the lightest and most balanced rifle possible around that barrel profile? I wanted the pencil barrel, but the gov’t profile was the better deal with the holiday sale. This is my third build using BA barrels. The first was a 16” SS Hanson that became a sub MOA “Recce rifle”. The second was one of your 16” complete carbine uppers for an M4 style build (amazing upper by the way). I would really like Clint’s input for making the most of the gov’t profile or a lightweight build. Thank you as always, a faithful customer. Collin.
