Coach Leo should´ve done predator jacks, so he could look like a real Yautja It would be great to perform a push up + Jump thru Sit Out.. I know the name of that would be very long but it´s a great exercise I love this video! this exercises are very underrated but still very useful and challenging... Loved it!!!
