Hello Yoga Fam! This slow flow yoga practice is yin inspired. Many of the poses today are yin postures that we flow through. Your lower body is going to feel lovely after this one! Perfect if you're short on time, a beginner or looking for a yin practice without the longer holds. We flow through poses such as, pigeon, fire log, shoe lace and deer pose. There are 2 downward facing dogs, but nothing that we hold in great length. Thank you Shaunneka! I enjoyed this yin slow flow. It feels like in between yin and lots of other yoga forms which I often feel is a little to much for at this moment, but still I feel a need for a little more then long hold yin postures. So this is perfect

Loved this so much Shaunneka! I would definitely love more of these! As for shavasana, I am torn... sometimes I love a good shavasana, sometimes a short seated meditation at the end is what feels better, it really depends.

I did find the free practice in the pigeon with the arms so difficult ,I feel this is more my anatomical makeup that makes it hard for me but hopefully with practice it will become more achievable 🤞🙏🙏

If somebody doesn't include savasana, I don't do it, but I think we NEED to have that time of stillness so, I'd say include it so we're made to do it. Lol.
And if I may add, having a blanket nearby to cover yourself, even for a few minutes, makes all the difference.

I really enjoyed the slow flowiness! I was a bit confused with the pigeon pose, when we had to put our hands at the back of our heads and such. That was a hard part! Or maybe it was supposed to be? Anyway, I somehow feel more open in my chest, even if it was a lower back focus? Thank you! 👌🏾👌🏾👌🏾as usual
The hands behind the head can open up both the hips and chest, a tough variation for most.

Yes, I enjoyed this slow flow, however I am comfortable with whatever you bring that is going to burn calories and this old man can do. I can do about 90% of the poses. At the end of the practice either is fine with me. I hope that you enjoy the rest of your day.
