When you said, "holy core", I totally snorted when laughing in agreement. It has been almost one year since my last cancer treatment, and I am so jazzed I can now come back to your classes! ❤ This is definitely front loaded, as in the most difficult sequences are in the first thirty. If you get there and are not sure you can handle the rest just push through--I would never call one of Kaylie's practices easy, but it is for sure easier, high stress on -ier 😂 ❤

That 30 minute flow was spicy! Looking forward to progressing to do the entire 60 minutes. My eternal fire was turned all the way up and I was tapped in! ❤️🔥

Fantastic class. However at around 50 minutes the sounds disappears for about 2 minutes?! Not sure if it was just me or not. Thank you for sharing your practice with us
Same. Just finished it. Felt myself getting annoyed w my AirPods. Figured I should try and not be frustrated seeing as I’m mid yoga class. Oops. Glad I wasn’t alone!!! LOL. Phenomenal class❤❤
Amazing class, however, the first part was too fast paced for me, there’s barely any wait at chaturanga to catch my breath. Also idk why I feel it’d elevate the experience if you added some calming background music 🎶 🎵 😬😬 Thank you overall, this was fun!!
I didn't have extra weights but I felt like even without them, it would still be a strong practice - I was right! haha Thank you, Kaylie!

The session is fine, but for me the ratio of intensity between the first and second parts is missing. The pace sits down too much.
