A-55's Incident Report:
" On 11/07/2024 at approximately 10:16 AM, I Trooper (Trp.) Calvert, was sitting stationary on US HWY 67/167 NB near the 7
MM. In the number two lane, I observed the listed vehicle, a grey Ford Edge, with a paper tag blowing in the wind causing it to
be unreadable. I initiated a traffic stop near the 8-MM of US HWY 67/167 NB. The vehicle complied with my emergency lights
and drove onto the right shoulder. The vehicle’s brake light was still illuminated while I was coming to a stop, after staying
stationary for approximately three to five seconds, the vehicle began driving north on US HWY 67/167.
I initiated my emergency sirens, but the vehicle continued driving, failing to adhere to my lights and sirens. I advised ASP
dispatch I was in pursuit. The vehicle continued north at speeds of approximately 90 MPH. Sergeant (Sgt.) Briggs was
stationary at the 8-MM. The pursuit passed him, and he became secondary at approximately 10:17 AM. The vehicle
continued north US HWY 67/167 and took James Street (Exit 9) to travel north on TP White Drive. We continued northbound
on TP White Dr. through the construction area at speeds of approximately 75 mph. The vehicle turned south onto Bailey
Boulevard into a residential area. To avoid entering a residential area, I attempted to execute a Tactical Vehicle Intervention
(TVI) as the vehicle turned east onto Hayes St. but was unsuccessful. I again attempted another TVI, however, the driver was
able to avoid it before abruptly coming to a stop on Hayes and Gray St. A black male exited the front passenger seat with two
large, white trash bags and began fleeing south on Gray St. The vehicle continued driving after the passenger fled on foot.
Sgt. Briggs continued following the vehicle, and I pursued the black male on foot (see Sgt. Briggs’ memo).
The black male, still carrying two large trash bags, hopped the fence at 909 Gray St. I attempted to also hop the fence but was
unsuccessful. I observed the male jumping a metal fence in between 909 and 905 Gray St. I ran around the front of 909 Gray
St. and hopped the metal fence between the two properties. During this, my right palm was punctured by the metal prongs.
The male dropped the two trash bags in the backyard of 905 Gray St. The male continued to run around the front 905 Gray St.
not stopping for my commands. Under the carport of the residence, I utilized my issued Conducted Electrical Weapon (CEW)
and shot the suspect. One probe struck his back, near the right shoulder blade, however, the CEW was ineffective. The
suspect continued to run, and I tackled him at the intersection of Hill and Gray St. I placed the suspect, later identified as
Harold SHIRLEE in handcuffs and escorted him back to my patrol vehicle. SHIRLEE sustained minor scrapes on his left elbow
and the palms of both hands.
After placing him in my patrol vehicle, I went back to the backyard of 905 Gray St. Inside the two white trash bags SHIRLEE
discarded were 9 individually sealed bags of a green leafy substance, I know to be marijuana.
I transported SHIRLEE to Sgt. Briggs’ location. Sgt. Briggs had custody of the driver, Dana WEBB.
The marijuana was taken to ASP headquarters where it was stored as evidence. A crime lab submission form was submitted.
Both SHIRLEE and WEBB were transported to PCRDF and booked under the following charges:
WEBB:
27-14-716: IMPROPER DISPLAY OF LICENSE TAGS
27-14-306: FICTITIOUS TAGS
27-50-302(a)(2): RECKLESS DRIVING

@NaturalSateTransparency There was a pursuit in Baxter county Troop I
Outstanding pursuit and capture times 2. That fence is very high and is difficult when you are carrying about 50 extra pounds of equipment. STAY SAFE OUT THERE TROOPERS.
Geart job Trp Calvert, it's always good to catch the dope with the dope. 😊Sgt Briggs is always awesome. A dynamic duo getting it done. 🎉 Thank you, NST. James & NST family/friends stay safe & Blessed. ❤ ❤️ 🇺🇲 🚑
Can't' say anything against that officer. In my best days I wasn't going over that fence.
Don’t forget how much he is carrying on his person, it’s a pretty high fence.
Military caries much more gear and All Service members would be expected to get over that fence!
@ The police are not military.
Misleading title, there were actually 2 dopes in that Ford Edge.
want another donut ?
I didnt think he was gonna catch him. Nice surprise!
A lot of them don’t factor in police training, smarts, and good police work. They be expecting these police officers to give up.
Clark Kent apparently
How in the world did the cop catch him? I don't understand.
Appreciate all of you video's... I'm always looking forward to the next one... especially when the Byrd Man is involved!
Yeah, haven't seen Byrd in a long time. I wonder what's up with that. 🤔
Awesome video! Thank you and the Arkansas State Troopers!😊💙🧡
The driver had absolutely ZERO chance of getting away. Just listen to Trooper Briggs choice of Rock Stations playing in the background. @19:00 ✌️😎✌️👍👍👍💯🔥🔥
"Pursuit/Dope I-57..." I assume that refers both to the two bags and the person carrying them.
😅😅
😂 You definitely nailed this one.👍 😂🎉 ❤️ 🇺🇲 🚑
It wasn’t obvious, at all, what was in those garbage bags…🙄 Good job, ASP!
😂 this is very true. 😅 Even I knew it wasn't his laundry, this time.🎉 Be safe and Blessed.
❤️ 🇺🇲 🚑
NST, James and all, you make Saturday mornings the best! Just a note to say good morning to all and thank you for all you do James! Your work is the absolute best and you deserve all the credit and recognition you receive! And the ASP Troopers are pretty awesome!💙❤️💙
He jakaloped right over that fence with his luggage. Maybe it was full of chockolo and awesome dope.
Thanks for all the great videos you make
Sorry I missed the live stream!!! But this one had a 2-for-1, car chase and foot chase and they both got their targets! I hope they got both bags of drugs. Thank you James this was an exciting one for sure. Stay safe everyone. 😎
Thank you James and good Saturday morning! ❤
FYI, I’m too old now, but this channel makes me wish I had been a cop! Or at least a dispatcher!
JB Byrider. A felon with the credit score less than 300. This is why property values go down when they move into your neighborhood
And an iq in single digits
Great catch by Trooper Calvert. Can’t believe how they can jump those fences.
It really depends on who is chasing them.
Definitely a new trend by the local scumbags, drop off the passenger with the goods and the driver gives up and settles for the 2 months of probation. Rinse and repeat.

Wisdomrules, I think you are amazing. I joined about 2 mths ago, and I so appreciate your information. I look for you in all of NSTs video comments.
@drmgrl453 Thank you so much! That means a lot to me. It makes my research worth it.
Thank you, Wisdom! Appreciate the bios!
As always Wisdom, we appreciate the history lesson! 😊
Thank you wisdomrules! Do you know if Sgt. Briggs is related to Cpl. Marlon Briggs? Sounds like both these guys are great assets to ASP. Love your tidbits of information! Stay safe. 😎
criminal fools are a plague... but there's something about their teen, cliché hood up that's just so silly. be safe LE!
I knew he wasn’t gonna make it over the fence with that belt blocking him.
That fence was as tall as he is and he's wearing ~35 pounds of equipment. 😮

55 needs to work on plyometrics while carrying 40 lbs.
Watching this now! Good evening everyone!
James, do you ever come across ASP videos featuring commercial vehicle patrol.
Here in SC we have State Troopers, and State Transport Police. Both are part of the same agency, but their vehicles have different decals.
So Arkansas Highway Police handle that function, and we could feature some of theirs also. We may try that out soon.
I remember these two. The driver was scared and didn't want to go to jail but that was too late for that. Hopefully they go to court.
That's just embarassing. As a cop you should easily be able to climb fences.
The dudes in the construction zone see a car go by with 2 felons in it. Only to see it go by a second time minus one felon.
Great catch .
somebody has been missing the trips to the gym..... Trooper Calvert, its ok so have i
GOOD JOB 🚔 👮 🙋
why didnt trooper Briggs block the vehicle when loser 2 bags was jumping out?

LE FALTA MUCHO A ESTE IFICIAL AY QUE REGRESARLO A LA ACADEMIA
NST you are back ❤
Seems like the ASP radios in the videos lately have been terrible.
If it's not the mobile radios malfunctioning it's the portables.
Cop cant get over that fence is just sad
Put on 50lbs of equipment on your belt and see how easily you can jump it
#1 So what happened to the two large white garbage bags full of pot?🤨🤨
Read the troopers report at the top of the comments and you will know
ON TO THE NEXT ONE!! 😮😊
I just need to know one thing, did ya'll let him call his baby momma?
I'm certain we can safely assume he has multiple baby mamas. Regardless, the use of birth control would've prevented the need for that phone call.
Teamwork !!!!!!
I'll have to get used to seeing the I-57 instead of 67/167
Glad they caught all of them, I thought atleast the passenger after Trooper couldn't make it over the fence
Awesome job ASP
Arkansas must have some really bad people living down there. Nearly every day there is a pursuit so there must be some bad people who don;t know how to comply with police. Plus police cars get damaged many times
Get him, get him!
hope they enjoy all those x2 penalties cause speeding through multiple construction zones
taking care of business 11:06 👍👍🚔🚔
10:27 I have a feeling the baby mama already know what's up. Bro.
Seems that the Arkansas police have a new language. Profanity. A different Arkansas than I knew.
This comment is to the P - - - Y in the Tundra. Just stop P - - - Y.
If the criminal in the Edge hits the Tundra, who do you think pays for the damage? I'll give you a hint, it's not the ASP nor is it the Edge driver. The Tundra driver gets stuck with the bill. Before you say "insurance" do you want to pay a $500 or $1000 deductable for the "honour" of helping the police? He's not part of the pursuit, there's no reason to get involved. Get out of the way and let the police do their thing.
please change the song. love the vids but the song is not it....
Was this your first video to watch on my channel?
@ no I’ve seen a bunch
I see what your getting at I’m just saying the song is bleh
@@chillpillnation I just wanted to make sure before I said this…
So Jasper Williams, the local Arkansan’ artist, is a dear friend of mine who sang that song (and others) live on my back porch in 2013. It was a whole thing; the Hood Fortress. Yeah. Now, fast forward to April 2023. Jasper passed away unexpectedly at 35 years old.
If you took the time to listen to the lyrics, you likely heard the “Little Rock” reference. “I think that all hate… is just a bad dream”…
You may feel it is “not it”. I see it as a great song that my friend wrote and I love how I’ve brilliantly applied it here as a theme song. It is synonymous with this channel now, and it is a lasting memorial - an ode to a lost friend.
I also see it as a person on the other side of the tracks, similarly to how I feature people from the other side of the tracks on this channel daily and their interactions with law enforcement.
Sorry you don’t like it.
@ I understand I apologize
They always amaze me at the lack of smarts.
Maybe shorten the intro to 15 seconds? A full minute intro is too much.
That's how all the NST videos start so stop complaining.
There's a feature that let's you skip the intro.. by FF
1,300+ episodes and we haven’t shortened it yet. Thanks for your feedback Tim.
You know you can skip the intro
We need our Jasper fix 😎
Its starting to actually be funny to see how often dreads come out of these cars after being chased by ASP. It's like part of a degenerate uniform.
When you're ASP getting ready to pull over a car with a Byrider tag and you just kind of know...
a) why does ASP only arrest blacks, and b) why do they live in the South but dress like they're in Alaska? I don't get it.
Apparently you haven't watched many NST videos.
A: Criminal statistics don't lie.
B: To conceal drugs, weapons, and/or stolen items.
I have watched numerous videos that include all cultures. It is usually the black that scream, fight and cry most of the time. Watch more of the videos.
they think that hoodie makes them look cool
You do realize that Arkansas has a huge black population right?
They could have avoided the pursuit going through the work zone yet again if briggs would have just got in front of them while they were stopped and the guy was getting out. What was he thinking? he could have stopped the whole thing right then.
Why would the passenger take the bag? He implicated himself. All he had to do was jump out and comply. And then say he had nothing to do with what the driver did.
2 bags
😳🙄🥴police
There is no I- 57 in the entire state of Arkansas. I -57 runs from Chicago, Illinois and ends at Sikeston, Missouri. I don't know where you are getting your information from but do a little research before you post your videos.
@@NaturalStateTransparencyexactly 👏👏👏
That road was officially designated as I-57 the exact same day that this pursuit was taking place.
NOW THAT’S RICH you telling me to do a little research before I post my videos. I don’t know where YOU get your information from, but apparently it needs updating for it is YOU who needs to do a little research before you accuse me of things that are not true. Get to Googling and sit down-
There were a couple clues in this video which should have helped you. #1 The GPS coordinates from the car. You enter those and you'll find yourself on I-57 in Jacksonville. #2 Google. The first return is Wikipedia which tells you about the 122.8 miles of I-57 running from Little Rock to Walnut Ridge. The second hit is from ArDOT which tells you all about the I-57 corridor. #3 There's a cool news story that says in 2017 federal legislation passed which allowed Arkansas to designate a stretch of US 67 as I-57 as long as it meets I-57 standards.
You figured out part of the internet, now time to ditch AOL and try Google.
