it’s crazy because what you said about self-awareness clicked something in my mind. I’ve always said I am “too aware of things” and had trouble with it bc even though i have it, I never do anything. I also have that convo with myself like “i’m so disappointed I have to change this and this and this I need to do it right now I’m so behindvon everything blablabla. I have to start tomorrow to do this and this otherwise I’m fail myself as per usual”. Being too aware is nothing if you do nothing with that output, you waste your energy on thinking about it, it’s a positive trait sure thing but you have to do *something* with that. I still don’t know how to do it either 😅

i'm someone who struggles with consistency so fricking much but i'm now nearly finished week 6 of couch to 5k and it feels like one of the only things i've properly committed to, you will not regret it!!
HY ANNA, just want to share my experience. I used to love running, even I am running almost everyday! But now, no because I got sick easily. Maybe the wind is not warm enough to run or idk. Now, I am running twice a week, cardio 5 times a week, and weight lifting twice a week. I love my schedule rn
Hey Anna!! Great video as always!! As someone who has run a fair amount including 2 ultramarathons and ran some competitive races, you are killing it!! The key to running is consistency and keeping it simple. You said it best where starting slow is the best bet, which is awesome! Keep it up and stoked you caught the run bug!!! I can't wait to see how far you come and keep up the inspiring content!

I also have been trying to improve my lifestyle recently and one big thing that ive noticed is how "slow productivity" doesnt work for me. Like whenever i would give myself small targets and take it slow, i would just feel underwhelmed but now ive been giving myself harder and bigger tasks, and i feel very motivated.
i have tried running multiple times throughout my life but i always gave up after a while but i've been using couch to 5k for a few weeks now and it's sooo motivating! and it's actually kind of fun?!?!?!

As someone who has run competetive 5K and 10K races in the past , best 5 K 20 minutes and 10K was about 41 minutes it takes about 6 months to get a basic good amateur level 5 K race speed.This depending on gender and age grouping.
