I just wanted to take a moment to applaud your introspection and balance through this new series! It almost doesn't fit the YT mold to not necessarily introduce a new 'challenge' in each week's video, but watching the development of these habits in your real life is so satisfying and motivating! I just graduated and am flying to Norway to start a year of traveling in less than two weeks, so learning how to stay in tune with myself and my body while my entire life is uprooted (in hopefully the best way) is something that is really important to me. I love having these weekly vlogs as sort of a check in with myself and my goals that I set when the trailer for this series first came out! Thank you, and I hope your day is going so well!!

I've just discovered your channel and you are such a beautiful source of inspiration. I am so excited to try the 75 Hard challenge. I also have, for the first time in my life, an open window of almost 80 days, so it will fit perfectly. While I was watching your first video diary, the thing about the diet was also so inspiring because I feel that today we are using too many different foods in every meal, which might be really overwhelming for our guts. Trying to eat foods that are easier to digest can help the body to really focus on the good part of digestion and feel much better! Can't wait to continue watching your content! Have a lovely day 💖

I'm also on AIP and we have to make sure we are not having a low carb diet. Many people end up eating less carbs and that's not how it's supposed to be. I like to eat one of these every meal: sweet potatos, pumpkins/squash, yam, cassava, carrots, turnip, etc. Yesterday I made a soup with pumpkins, carrots and coconout milk and it felt very carby and good for me.
Dear Anna idk if you'll ever see this comment but I just want to let you know you've been the greatest inspiration in my life and for many others like me I want you to remember this whenever you feel low cause you help me through your videos a lot ..even when I first saw your video ( when you were preparing for your school exams) you motivated me to study you showed that people who wants a better life they put in efforts nothing comes easy in life ...I'm always happy when you post a new video so if you ever feel sad just remember that you're the reason for someone's happiness ;)
Just a quick information for your reintroduction: black pepper and paprika, the spice, do not come from the same food species. Paprika, the spice, is just dried paprika, the vegetable you call pepper, a night shade veg. Black pepper comes from pepper plants. I think this is a genuine misconception with english speaking people :)
Even tho I love running with music, when it comes to finding your own pace as you said you are struggling with atm I find it helpful to run without it. That way you can listen to your own breath which helps to find the right speed/pace for a longer run.
following your aip diet bc i also have symptoms of PCOS and have cysts but not officially diagnosed (UGH BEING A WOMAN IS JUST) but I wanted to suggest a food allergy and/or sensitivity test after your AIP diet to actually find out what your body doesn't agree with instead of guessing. your body would be more sensitive after the diet so it could help you!
i use the same running app and plan haha, i also really struggled with pacing myself. what ended up working was listening to music that i can sing along to, so that i can like mouth (?) the lyrics while running to see if i'm still at that conversational pace
What helped me with making my easy runs more easy was to pretend I was running next to someone. If I can’t speak in at least a somewhat full sentence, I need to slow down. And breathe in through my nose for 4 steps, breathe out like you’re blowing in a straw for 4 steps. If I can’t do that, I’m going too fast! Just what worked for me. It’s SO hard!

You mentioned you can't have black pepper, but it is in a completely different plant family to other peppers and isn't a nightshade. The only thing they share is pepper in the name
Ohh I wasn’t aware that it wasn’t a nightshade but I knew it still wasn’t allowed on AIP which is why I’ve been avoiding it. I just looked up why it wasn’t allowed and it said that it’s due to it being a berry-based spice!!🫶🏼

Several times Ive tried reducing my carbs and replacing it with fruits and veggies literally just to be healthy and my body doesn't like it. I think it's too much fiber? Idk but I'd be glued to the toilet if I tried AIP 😭😭
