Love the fact that you guys are playing with unpainted models, makes it feel like a battle I might have with one of my friends only with no rules mistakes!
This one was even closer! I was shocked and started thinking the orks would have it but the knights pulled through once more, awesome work. I gotta say I respect how you call your opponents plays "Big brain," I know plenty of people that would just slander their opponent and call it all luck, so extra props to you.
Nah he had me dead to rights if it was for end of turn scoring. Especially in this mission where each point is 15 points. I felt on the back foot the entire game, especially since a double waaagh. Failed charges helped a lot.
@@reconbyfire73 Ah fair enough I find it hard to root for someone in 40K games because it's always unfortunate seeing stuff like the charges fail but at the same time that helps the Knights I'm watching. I have to say though I didn't think Orks would give you your closest game that I've seen, awesome stuff regardless!
@@reconbyfire73 Very true, it's unlucky your opponents dice failed him because his tactics were sound but as I've observed so far, thats just how these games go sometimes. But yeah like you said, great plays from him too, can't wait to see more!
I play Grey Knights as well so I know how difficult 9" charges are lol. So I made it a point to make sure I premeasured any potential charges before I moved my Armingers. Though those dual charges wrecked my world lol
@reconbyfire73 is it just me or is the wording on squire duty weird for the target section? Like of course we want all armigers to get it...why wouldn't we? Lol
I think they just wanted to put some kind of restriction on it and make it have a pack tactics kind of fell so you can’t target just one Arminger with it.
Unfortunately not, completely forgot about that line on the data sheet. To be fair this was the first time they've been used to screen, all other games they've been backline screen and secondaries lol Definitely remember that moving forward, so thank you!

Oh we make tons of mistakes as well, trust me! But I'm glad you enjoyed it and maybe inspired another game with a friend soon!
I love the ork paint job
It’s pretty legit I won’t lie

I do appreciate the support 100%, I just like to give credit where credit is due. After all we are all here to get better and have fun doing it.

Can't come soon enough!
Hope you enjoyed it!

Did he never fight on death with the subductors 😢?
