I've never had a hindu rope. Very interesting that you potted down. Looking forward to watching her recover with your TLC. 👍🌿

Good luck with Hindu Rope. Personally I think it’s too much for a 4 in pot. We’ll see. 💚

I thought maybe a 6inch would be better but then again, I am no way an expert lol ...It's a beautiful plant, I wish you the very best and to her a speedy recovery! I'll have to go check your page for any updates.

Good luck with the repot. Do you know how to encourage growth from cut stems? I have a compacta from Lowe’s with all of the stems cut I guess for more plants. I can’t get the stems to sprout any new growth.

Thank you! When your plant begins to actively grow again, it will pick a new spot along your stem to grow a new stem. Hindus take awhile to grow, so don't get discouraged if you don't see any change for a few months. Give it lots of light and good humidity...it will eventually start to grow for you again.

I am DREADING the day I will have to repot mine...it’s still in the nursery pot it came in about 7 or 8 months ago...right now it seems content...but, when it’s time...UGH....My Hindu Rope is the only one that scares me to repot...it’s my favorite plant baby, so I would be crushed if something happened to it......just last week my String of Pearls bit the dust...it was gorgeous on Monday....then on Thursday every single pearl had shriveled up ...I was not sad...it had been a problem plant since it arrived in the mail upside down and completely out of its pot...and half of it dead....I babied and nurtured that thing like mad...and it finally looked full and gorgeous...then 3 days later it was shriveled up crap...that just made me mad....so I tossed it with happiness....and will never try another one of those again....nor will I buy any mail order plants again....I have only had 2 out of 5 arrive in halfway decent shape...and those are the only 2 that are doing fantastic....both Hoyas...Hindu Rope and a Tri-Color....I love my Hoyas!!....✌️💜💋

Mauna loa is the reverse variegation of the hindu rope. Green on the outside and cream/white on the inside.

If anyone is kind enough to get me a Mauna Loa and ship her to me I would really appreciate it. I will pay for plant and shipping cost. Thank you!

I like your videos and it's contents however the background music is really distracting, sometimes annoying. Not necessary to have back ground music
