Wow my mom makes pozole very differently. For starters my mom makes hers in one pot, instead of chicken her makes it with pork, she has done it with chicken before, she uses red sauce she uses los palmas sauce, for tops she uses cabbage, onions, and other stuff

I make green pozole with pork and also with nixtamal. We eat our green pozole with lettuce. I also make red pozole with pork and nixtamal. (I don’t like corn in can) and for red pozole we use cabbage as well. I’m from Aguascalientes.
