Xochitl’s rating is on point. Idk what the other 2 were saying about Costco’s pizza they must’ve gave them some old ass slices cuz fresh Costco pizza uses the best ingredients and is top tierrrr
Costco pizza rocks for sure but I’ve noticed it’s best when it’s fresh so I think you’re right, maybe the slice they had was sitting for a bit.

Costco is always hyped, but my two local Costco places have garbage pizza lol. I don't have good experience with them, ever. And I have had it countless times hoping it will live up to the hype each time but nope. And the price is on point with other local places so I usually go elsewhere when I have the option.
She cracks me up! Her opinions are usually completely opposite of other moms. I love her!

I love all of these ladies! It’s nice to see Martha start to warm up and be more talkative. Xochitl always cracks me up and it’s funny to hear how different Lucy’s opinions are. Wish I could sit down and hang out with all of them, they seem like a lot of fun

Xochitl’s philosophy is so raw and so right. It’s true though, there are certain franchise locations that are seriously awful, but when you find a store with a good workforce, those pizzas will never miss

@@xZChar1esZx yes. Lucy is more like a Mexican-American. Xóchitl born and raised in Mexico. You will have different opinions and taste even if your parents are Mexican, just by growing in different countries.
Never thought that Xochitl would be a pizza lover, she always eats so clean, and in contrast Lucy not liking pizza was also a surprise! Love this Ladies.
As an Italian I can assure you we only drink beer with pizza, not wine (not that I could put American pizza on the same level as Italian pizza) and I was pleasantly surprised when Xochitl said that she likes beer with pizza as well.

If you look through the window and there are like 30 different pies laid out and they are all huge and a lot of people waiting in line, then its probabluy pretty good.... Or pretty much any smaller Pizza parlor in brookyn is good. Depends where you are

It would be nice to see them eating and ranking foods without knowing the brand/ restaurant. But letting them say what brand/ restaurant they like before they have the blind test.
I can always go for some Dominos and little Caesar’s. I’ve never had a good experience with Pizza Hut. Papa Johns is always cold. Costco can be really good when it’s fresh. Xochitl is right, pizza and beer is a whole experience. I love how Martha said even the windows are clean at the dominos she goes to! That’s impressive! 😂

I like to have my pizza with tapatio/ Cholula/ Valentina (whatever hot sauce I have at the house. I like to rotate) and jalapenos. My mom used to serve pizza with a wedge of lettuce to make it healthy LOL 😂

My moms family is from Mexico but since my grandpa is from the US and didn't speak Spanish, my grandma just didn't speak it and my mom never learned it and in turn, I know only what I learned in Spanish class in school and what little I picked up from other family members.

Grew up in Bklyn. I was such a pizza snob that when I left, I went YEARS not even eating it. (Why bother, right?) Nowadays old school NY has all but disappeared so I ended up teaching myself to make it. There's actually nothing better than homemade. It's surprisingly easy too!

Eh it's his thing since he works from home most of the time now so I let him have his fun. And agreed on the processed stuff. When i do have it on a rare occasion my body let's me know pretty quickly

there's a taqueria near me in lake county ca which is right next to sonoma and napa county. That does a special pizza that Lucy may actually like, they make the crust out of masa for tortillas, and they'll put carnitas on it, cheese, avocado salsa, a drizzle of crema, grilled onions, and cilantro. They sometimes do it with birria too where you still have consomé de res for dipping the slices of pizza into.
Bro what??? That sounds freaking awesome and delicious and defnitely unique. I gotta try it some time. How far is it from SF bay area? I'm in socal but planning a trip out there.

@@Hans353 It's bout 2 hours and a half if you take 101 all the way up through Sonoma county, into Mendocino, then cut across a mountain grade into lake county that leads right into Lakeport Ca, depending on the traffic. Or an extra hour if you go more towards Vallejo and Vacaville and take the scenic route through Napa Valley and take 29 up into lake county which will eventually meet up in lakeport.
As a heads up I think the place only does the pizza on Saturday, so you might want to call around when you do your trip just to make sure if you decide to go, look up Taqueria La Mexicana in Lakeport Ca. It's a little hidden spot tucked away in a small shopping center

Martha's taste is like my mother's. My mother likes thicker pizza (more bread). Honestly, you get more out of your money if the pizza is a bit thicker. I feel bad for Lucy's first experience with pizza. At first I thought that may be American pizza does not suit her taste, that maybe she'll like Italian ones better. In the end, only experiences can make or break to her.

My favorite pizza places of All Time is Pizza Hut, (I know this has nothing to do with Pizza) but the Buffalo wings there are the best, really spicy with a lot of Buffalo sauce, I highly recommend the Pizza Hut Buffalo wings if you’ve never tried it.

As an Italian out of these Pizzas the closest you’re going to get to an authentic Italian Pie is definitely Papa Johns think that’s why it’s my fav they are a little more on the thicker side though as far as dough
