I always love how All You Can Eat promos always show full pans, clean serving area, no empty spots on the steam table....... when the reality in most places is that you have to beg for their offerings to be refilled and often argue with the clerk about it. That's worldwide.
I think this concept works well in Korea or Japan only, where people are not greedy with food at the buffet spread. If Koreans try opening such buffet shops in Singapore even, where the majority is of Chinese descent, it will fail miserably as the first folks in queue will just PILE UP on meats and no carbs like rice or noodles, and the customers at the back will have to settle for mainly carb choices for $7USD, which isn't worth it anymore.
Sounds perfect. Have a very light breakfast. Come here and get the bulk of your food for the day. Then a light supper, or some snacks for the rest of the day.
