not going to lie this was hard. I had to modify some of the exercises deadlifts, I cannot do due to a back injury. also switched out skipping for the trampoline. but still got a really good sweat on. keep up the good work winter and see you in the next one.
Yes there are some exercises in this workout that will test strength, mobility and endurance. You did exactly what I would recommend and that is to modify this workout to suit your own fitness levels well done 👍

Hello dear phoenix 😘 this workout sounds very challenging specially with dumbbells on gluten raise when you hold your legs straight in that position it's kinda really hard to keep your balance but I gonna try it but you are so inspiring dear phoenix and encouraging people to try this challenging workouts tnxs a lot for your creative exercise and your response for comments ❤️❤❤
Hey Jonathan yes you will get a variety of workouts here on my UA-cam channel that will make you a better mover. When I give you an exercise that you have not tried before my advise is to remove the weights and attempt a bodyweight version first. When you feel confident that you are able to execute the movement with good form then it's time to add in some light weight. Then you progress from there by increasing the load over time. Have a great workout 💪

Hi there I am using a 5 kg dumbbell. What sizes do you have access to? I would start with a weight that allows you to execute the exercise with good form and full extension in the movements. It should be challenging.
