    Congratulations, your contribution for the society is enormous, you have a lot of knowledge and you are helping a lot of people with your work. As a theraphist I have read books from ellis, beck, burns, and I found your work also very effective. I have been doing your courses about cognitive theraphy and I have applied it on me and on my patients, and it works. In my personal case I have seen real change in my behavior and feelings by changing my core beliefs using your techniques. You are changing the lives of many people by explaining these complex concepts in a very simple way. Thanks for all your help!

    Can bright light therapy also help reduce anxiety/panic (and depressive feelings coming with it)?

      There doesn't seem to be much research into bright light therapy for anxiety so I can't really say.

    Hi, nice video. I normally get seasonal affective disorder and for the past few weeks I get a automatic sad low feeling. I try to delete the thought from my mind. It’s a horrible feeling and I’ve not been feeling my normal self . I am normally a very happy person because I think about my family, health friends and the things that I am aiming for in life. I’ve been feeling low quiet often since the second week of January. Do you know how long the condition lasts for?

      It varies from person to person but SAD can continue until spring or early summer when the days start getting longer and there's more sunlight, but it can resolve sooner through strategies that help manage depression, especially by becoming more active.

      @@SelfHelpToons Hi, thanks. I haven’t been to my group exercise class for a while and am planning on going back this weekend. I think by me not going has affected my mood. Also the social interaction

      That's a great plan. Resuming activities you used to do/enjoy and having more social interaction are some of the best ways to manage SAD.
