I've said it before and I'll say it again, the level of cuteness in Claire's reactions (as well as many of your inflections) is what drew me to this channel. ^_^
Made this last night and it's sooooooo good. Now one thing, Aaron - Taiwan sliced noodles are not "just pretty" - they are PHENOMENAL! Our favourites - and with your incredible sauce they sing hymns! We've actually been making all the dishes of yours with the sliced noodles, they really let you enjoy the flavour of the sauce. Thanks!!!
I love when claire says mmmmm to the food and speaks in english and korean talks with her mouth full and just goes for it. It's just as entertaining as your cooking and your jokes.
I like how Enthusiastic a taster Claire is! I have the cilantro-tastes-like-soap issue, but I’ll bet some Thai basil would also elevate this yummy dish, I must try to make this!
You and Claire make my mouth water as she tastes your cooking. I can't wait to give this a try. I think I'll add a 1/4 cup of chopped peanuts to give it a little crunchy texture. Thanks for another great video !!
Wow cilantro is exotic in korea but on the Caribbean is so common .love making all your recipes Aaron and Claire ! I am learning to cook asian food watching videos because I love the taste so much ❤thank you for your videos .
HAHAHA "let's just make my wife have garlic breath...it's kinda scary but I'll be alright"... picturing Aaron running scared while Claire breathes garlic fire.
Thank you Aaron! I’ve been wanting to try a new noodle dish this weekend but couldn’t decide what to do. Aaron coming on my sub feed with “don’t worry about it!”
Since I had everything at home this was my dinner. Very delicious and so easy! I added fried ground chicken and cook some brokkoli together with the noodles.. I am sure I will do this alot!
So much for adding cilantro to dish to dissuade any takers (by this I mean Claire) on the leftovers....😂 Back to hiding them in the back of the refrigerator next to the gochujang.
This is fabulous. This might not impress Aaron and Claire, but I add 150g of cooked ground pork to this dish. I also do the same for Aaron’s righteous peanut noodles. My husband LOVES them.
I've been watching your videos for ages, and thought I had subscribed! Just realized I hadn't and did so immediately. We also (literally) just bought your book! Thanks for the hard work and inspiration. (My husband's REALLY looking forward to some homemade kimchi)
Omg these were some of the tastiest noodles I’ve ever made. Thank you for making so many easy to follow recipes! I’ve gained confidence in my cooking and whenever I’m missing an ingredient I now go “don’t worry about it”
I never "like" the video until i see that Claire LOVES the food! 😉🙃😋 I also did not like cilantro when i first ate it. But it grew on me over the years. I love it now! These noodles look AWESOME.
Claire, I'm also not a lover of cilantro, but I'm trying to add it to more and more dishes that I love so I learn to enjoy it. I hope to one day love it. I'll try it in this dish, too.
Can’t wait! Hope you enjoy it! 😍 (For more details or list of ingredients, please check the written recipe as well! aaronandclaire.com/sesame-noodles/)
@@AaronandClaire I live in northern Virginia USA (very near Annandale, Virginia). There is a large Korean and Korean American presence here, so we have many Korean markets!
They're Taiwanese knife-sliced noodles but you could also use any type of noodles here, so don't worry about it! 😍 (The link is in the description and here! amzn.to/3mPgQGr)
so funny cuz I JUST bought the knife sliced noodles from Trader Joe’s the other day before seeing your comment now! I’ve been inspired to learn how to cook & your videos made cooking possible and not look so intimidating as I thought it was most my life! Thank you so much!!
Aaron I have exact same noodles as you and package says to cover with boiling water for 6 minutes but you had them boiling in pot of water? How long for please?
Any oil which has a neutral flavor and a high smoke point (such as vegetable, canola, grapeseed oil, etc) works great in this recipe. I used vegetable oil! 😊
The roasted Sesame Paste from the Asian Mkt would probably be better. I have often thought one could fry the tahini a little to make it roasted, but never have tried it. Tahini is much easier to buy but a different and blander product.
'Kaaaaaay..... I've tried some of your noodle recipes before and it was all delicious! Now, seeing Claire' reaction on this one makes me wanna try this recipe now. As in right NOW! 😅😅 Be back with the feedback. 👌🏻

Aaron where can i find
Taiwan noodles? This recipe looks delicious and beautiful ❤️
I love how he always considers Claire's preferences whenever he cooks. Goes to show cooking is a great love language :)
😎😎😎👍
It can be. Assuming your wife actually enjoys what you cook.
I love how he always makes her do the washing up.
@@Dandunu I agree. It's nice to see her helping out rather than him doing everything himself.
@@Xani13It’s learning what your partner enjoys that makes it a love language! 😄

He cooks & she cleans! Awesome teamwork. Just like my hubby and me.
I didn’t know what to make for dinner tomorrow but I have all the ingredients for this so… I’m not gonna worry about it! Thanks, Aaron and Claire!
Love all your recipes! You’ve helped turn me into a great cook for my hungry baby bird!
Your baby bird is so lucky to have you 😍😍
Taster is so demanding this time😂 She so cute. I love her! Thanks for another dinner idea.
Your chili oil looks simple enough, I think I will actually try and make it! Thank you
Thank you Aaron! I’ve been wanting to try a new noodle dish this weekend but couldn’t decide what to do. Aaron coming on my sub feed with “don’t worry about it!”

Same!
Made this 1 hour ago. Super good. Right balance of flavour. And yes, like Claire, I felt like I wanted more cucumber
Best taste tester ever! And I can’t wait to make this recipe. Thank you!
Great job on pronouncing “sesame”. I love it! Your accent and pronunciation is the perfect blend of exotic & drama.
The two of you bring a smile to my old face. Thx
Claire really enjoyed this one! Glad she mentioned how good it smelled, I was thinking it would. Hope you guys are well and have a great weekend. 🙏🧡💛

I often make something very similar with peanut butter and chopped peanuts. I'll definitely give your sesame version a try.
So much for adding cilantro to dish to dissuade any takers (by this I mean Claire) on the leftovers....😂 Back to hiding them in the back of the refrigerator next to the gochujang.
How should I store the left over chilli oil? Should I strain the green onions and just put it in a container in a cupboard?

Wow, I'll be making this tonight. Thanks for the great recipe.
Please let us know how it was!! 😍😍
I love it when Aaron tells me to not worry about it
I was so thinking that about the cilantro! What a perfect addition.
Love this. Simple enough ingredients. And bet it smells really nice with that sesame paste and sesame

Please make green onion merch!
I NEED a shirt that says, "More green onion, more delicious!"
I'm ready for this! I also love the phrase "Our Precious Friend, green onion"! But that's not as good for a t-shirt.
I want one with "Too much garlic? Challenge accepted!"
I love cilantro. I use it now instead of parsley....and even in salads!
What happened to the 2 garlic cloves and grinded ginger? When do I add them, where do I add them?
Aww you were SO close to getting Scar at the end! This was such a great series! I always root for your team, Tango! Long live Team TIES! ❤❤❤

Ok Aaron playing the video game was rhe funniest and Claire is on fire today 😂
First! Looks delicious as usual, Aaron! :D
Thanks!😍😍😍

So glad to hear that!! 😍😍
How to do the chilli oil without microwave? 🙈 Just in the oven?
What house plant is to the right of Claire's head?
Very deliciously good!
I have the oil, but what about the sesame paste. Is there a sub?
What's the name of the plate that you're using to serve the dish?
Ive ALWAYS loved cilantro since 1988 when I had my first #padtgai The brightness it adds to certain dishes is spectacular! (Literally)
What would you recommend to use if I don't care for cucumber?
Love your videos. I hope one day you will sell your sauces pre-made! :)
What knife set are you using please. 😊
❤❤❤❤ I love it the way you cooking
Me watching the whole video despite having a sesame allergy 😂 Your videos are so addictive!
Would probably work nicely with peanuts or almonds instead!

Came for food but love your style and personality ❤
Why sometimes the green onion are very thick but sometimes so thin? Are they different kind?

Thank you ❤ can't wait to try it tonight 👌🇨🇦

Personally, I could see using things like bok choy, carrot, and fried chow mein noodles. :D
Have you ever heard of Japanese Cold noodles? These noodles look amazing!
What if i dont have the chicken powder will it make the discharge worse ?
Love this noodle flavour
I love Arron
I am in Dominican republic and can't find sesame past can I substitute it for soybean past?
Soybean paste tastes very different from sesame paste. You can use peanut butter or tahini as a substitute. 🙌
