    Made this last night and it's sooooooo good. Now one thing, Aaron - Taiwan sliced noodles are not "just pretty" - they are PHENOMENAL! Our favourites - and with your incredible sauce they sing hymns! We've actually been making all the dishes of yours with the sliced noodles, they really let you enjoy the flavour of the sauce. Thanks!!!

    I like how Enthusiastic a taster Claire is! I have the cilantro-tastes-like-soap issue, but I’ll bet some Thai basil would also elevate this yummy dish, I must try to make this!

    Wow cilantro is exotic in korea but on the Caribbean is so common .love making all your recipes Aaron and Claire ! I am learning to cook asian food watching videos because I love the taste so much ❤thank you for your videos .

    Since I had everything at home this was my dinner. Very delicious and so easy! I added fried ground chicken and cook some brokkoli together with the noodles.. I am sure I will do this alot!

    How should I store the left over chilli oil? Should I strain the green onions and just put it in a container in a cupboard?

    This is fabulous. This might not impress Aaron and Claire, but I add 150g of cooked ground pork to this dish. I also do the same for Aaron’s righteous peanut noodles. My husband LOVES them.

    I never "like" the video until i see that Claire LOVES the food! 😉🙃😋 I also did not like cilantro when i first ate it. But it grew on me over the years. I love it now! These noodles look AWESOME.

    Aaron I have exact same noodles as you and package says to cover with boiling water for 6 minutes but you had them boiling in pot of water? How long for please?

      Any oil which has a neutral flavor and a high smoke point (such as vegetable, canola, grapeseed oil,etc) works great in this recipe. I used vegetable oil! 😊

      The roasted Sesame Paste from the Asian Mkt would probably be better. I have often thought one could fry the tahini a little to make it roasted, but never have tried it. Tahini is much easier to buy but a different and blander product.

      Soybean paste tastes very different from sesame paste. You can use peanut butter or tahini as a substitute. 🙌
