    1. Practice meditation. Objectively observe the mind. (Learn the structure of your web of thoughts, then choose which path to go down. 2. Restrain your mental intake. Carefully feed your mind with selected input. Choose what you feed your mind!

Does that mean after i mastered to concentrate on my breathing, I should concentrate on 1 thought? For example "what is my goal in 5 years?" And then I am just focusing on that, following this thought, speaking with myself (in thoughts) and getting to a conclusion ?
I am not quite sure if I understood it the right way.
I tried meditation few weeks ago and I was like "5 minutes would be great" but it was 25 minutes. I was not focusing on breathing, i just "talked" with myself and watched where it leads me. I don't know if this was "right"?

@@MrJoon360 If negative thoughts affect your internal health visit a psychologist. Heal yourself. Your breath is directly related to your mind [brain] causing negative thoughts-anxiety-stress. For a relaxed life sit on a chair, back erect, hands on lap with palms upwards, eyes closed, be still and observe your natural incoming--outgoing breath at the entrance of the nostrils for around 10-15 minutes. Many thoughts will come which is ok--slowly your mind will relax. During your daily activity keep observing your breath consciously. Best part is mood swings also reduce. Do the above meditation daily to feel relaxed. For more healing enter the following on google search and listen before sleep repeating the affirmations in your mind for 10 minutes. -“528 Hz affirmations for health and healing you tube”. You will get relief quickly. Best wishes. Shyaaam Sir. -Counsellor.

Well at least while using social media it in the safety of a home or office in a high rise building with 2 sets of double doors that no intruder could get through then when someone starts harassing you online at first by looking you over often and then inappropriate propositions you then you can still get away while yelling at them and not worry one bit about them following you later in an attempt to make you pay for not worshiping them there as another one of their moral inferiors too. Not nearly as easy when a complete stranger does the same while you are only trying to walk home.

      He DOES NOT say
"I no longer believe in ANYTHING i think"
      but rather he DOES say
"I no longer believe in EVERYTHING i think"
meaning he doesn't just blindly believe whatever his mind is going on about at any given time of the day.
Instead i believe hes come to understand to be a lot more SELECTIVE as to what he believes from his own thoughts.
i noticed this and found it pertinent to address hope this helps PEACE!!!

Thank u so much.. that was really brilliant and so true... its amazing how u speak about having that time to meditate.. as Muslims we pray 5 times a day.. n in that we have quiet, focussed and a form of meditation... trully find a serenity and tranquil state after this...
I love ur take on social media.. i deleted my facebook years ago and im not on any other platform either... nor do watch tv or news... i also suffered from severe anxiety and past traumas and used to watch tv constantly... cutting it out and clearing ur mind makes such a difference...
    Really great video.. thank u

Arsalan Daryaei As a Man in his 50’s who lived for learning the PC and Software in 1995 just to end up Spending 10’s of Thousdands of dollars on Anything with a screen over the past 24 years. Upgrading, Newest and faster, and better, everything with a screen. To now finding myself with many Spare Tablets and a PC with a expensive monitor and expensive speakers and 2 Note Series Phones that were Brand New when I obtained them. Now realizing how much time a day I spend looking at a screen each day. I stopped Living in the year 2007 with the IPHONE invention and can’t believe what I have become. I no longer Listen to Music, nor do I even go to movies, or watch TV, or go for drives, I stopped eating out years ago. My weight YO YOing and every now and then I dry and excersice but never shut my brain down for more then 20 minutes while I cook dinner. FaceBook has all but ruined my DINER that I have had for 34 years with a Awesome reputation. Along come Social media and a few Discruntled Employees posting with their friends and any other millennial that would join in and think I am the BIG BAD BOSS who is everything under the sun and because it is on FB it must be TRUE. In a CITY FORUM that has almost half the City subscribed. I try to defend myself and get beat up after the first post. Amazing how 33 years of having a great reputation can be gone in 48 hours on FB. I go out and public and the places I shop look at me different and even though I tell them the truth you can see the doubt in their eyes. Social Media and YELP, FB let people lie and get away with it. No evidence and still it’s unreal that the public gets brain washed when reading anyhting on the web no matter if the person has a back ground in prison they must be telling the truth. We really need more ppl to speak on these topics, so many great teachers have for yrs but just recently it has blown up in the media, ppl are starting to wake up but
I feel like we all could make a big difference in even more lives if more ppl educated themselves and got out there in the world preaching it on the streets starting more businesses ect doing whatever they can toget this knowledge out to more ppl not just online.
The more you study the more change u see happening in your life, but still so many have no clue how powerful their thoughts really are.
Ive been studying for 5yrs and still learning and trying to stay mindful of my thoughts, especially anxiety it consumes me sometimes but I see it getting better the more knowledge I gain on the power of thoughts.
Lots of great teachers out there but most of it's online. We need to try an reach those who maby don't have access to the Internet, ppl who are homeless or might not have interest or know how to find these videos ect.. we need to find other ways to reach more ppl outside of digital resources.
I've asked several ppl threw the yrs if they know what mindfulness is or law of attraction and most say no. I think if more believed then just maby there wouldn't be so much crime, bullying hate in this world.

9:30 on. Nice analogy: we are what we eat in the sense that what we eat have an impact in our bodies, but we also are the information we consume in the sense that the information we have access to has an impact in how we think. We can have a healthy body depending on what we eat just like we can have a healthy "mind" depending on how we feed our thoughts with. It's important to restrain mental and physical input. It makes me think of the overflowing amount of data/information that's available through social media and the internet in general. Our mental health needs us to be able to filter things better.

    What I got from him are that;
    1) Begin Meditation --> To be mindful in selecting constructive thoughts over destructive ones since thoughts lead to actions and results subsequently.
    2) Choose the right input in your mind --> Stay away from bad news and Social media cause majority of their content are presenting bad info which will destruct your mental health and thoughts.
