I'm with you on the "didn't feel like crafting" thing. I always like watching posts for new ideas, but actually sitting down & doing it, I like to wait till I feel like it so it'll be more fun. Problem is, the calendar (friends & family bdays, etc) doesn't care what I feel like. Guess that's why i need to make multipurpose cards ahead of time, then add an appropriate sentiment & send it off based on calendar needs. ;-) Thanks for sharing your ideas.
Glad you’re finding your mojo again Laurel. I think we all understand how that goes! Glad you’re back. Wonderful cards. Thank you so much for sharing your ideas. I’m glad to see the transfer gel doesn’t need heat to work!
Love your cards! The watercolor card is gorgeous. Thanks for all the inspiration on how to use foils without heat! If I need a laugh or a smile I watch you!
You gave me a morning laugh, thanks. I too couldn't do anything for weeks, but once I did get into my craft room I was a happy camper and had a good time. Loved your cards!
Thank you so much for showing us the different ways to use foil without the heating machine. They came out just beautiful and I too love your watercolor card. 👍
Laurel, I really hope your mojo comes back SOON! I know how horrible that can be. I've lived with schizophrenia & major depression much of my life now, and that can have a negative effect on my crafty ability sometimes. And it can often be a self-perpetuating thing--I feel too bad to craft, & I feel bad ABOUT not being able to craft, which makes me less able to craft...and on and on. Anyway, hopefully you'll be back in the full swing of things soon. I love how your cards came out, and thank you for all the non-tech tips for foiling. Take care, & have a wonderful day! :)
Hi Laurel, I love to watch your crafty tutorials you are Always so chirpy and happy that shows you are a happy crafter nice cards like you my personal favorite was the watercolour one thanks for sharing and thanks for sharing your very helpful tips all the best Lin x
I missed you and even checked to make sure I hadn’t accidentally unsubscribed from you, haha. So glad you’re back - but seriously, it’s ok if you need a little break from time to time. I love this set - its been on my wish list since I first saw it. Thanks for showing the flocking because I haven’t been excited about it so far but now that I’ve seen you use it I’m way more interested in trying it. Hugs!
The stripey paper on the third card looks like ribbon under there. I like it, but wouldn't want to use a while piece so is figure something out. Probably a frame over the top instead. I'm thinking of using those colors for an Aussie sunset in a bush theme for my Christmas cards...
I have arthritis in my hands & wrists, wondering if you can put the foil through a die cut machine for the preasure too?you just answered the ?, my bad
Laurel, you make us laugh, so sorry to hear that you are not up to par. How can we HELP you??? When I’m down I turn on your videos and feel better in no time. I hope you get your mojo back soon. Please take care and stay safe. ~Barbara
OMG, the water color and the black trees, gold flecks! How beautiful is that! I love that! 💖

The ring chime? LOL!!!

TFS. I had heard that the transfer gel needed a laminator. I'm happy to hear that it doesn't!
Oh!!! I'm glad to hear that so you can use it!
Now I've got that song in my head... Cute cards by the way.

hahah, you can!
Good video! I do not see the glue pen that you used in the supplies list? Thank you.
I use the Martha Stewart glue pen I believe.. But any glue pen that dries sticky will work.
You have been missed. Love the cards too.
Awe, thanks.
