In the provincial capital of Taiyuan, coke byproducts are converted into over 20,000 metric tons of high-purity hydrogen fuel each year. This green fuel is crucial for powering the city's public transportation system, with one ton of hydrogen pumped into filling stations every 12 hours, supporting nearly 100 buses daily.
