To think those walk ways you are walking on next to the water i was a late teen putting in the steel night and day shift 35 yrs ago when they knocked down all the old buildings. There was nothing there except rubble from the demolition, some old building yet to be demolished and the construction site/dongers for the walkway all along the river bank no casino no nothing. Awesome memories. I think I've only ever walked it once since.

Yeah. My visit to Melbourne was unreal. Ally's everywhere in the U.S is a no-go-zone to walk through. It felt weird to walk through them in Melbourne. NO urine spells at all!
Not only is Melbourne a great cultural, artistic and music city, the place is also home to a number of great sporting events. The Boxing Day test which is one of the big games on the international cricket calander, the Australian Tennis Open, The Australian Formula One Grand Prix, the Anzac Day match which attracts the largest crowd ( onehundred thousand fans) during the AFL season, the AFL Grand Final on the last Saturday in September (an official public holiday weekend) and the Melbourne Cup, the richest handicap horse race in the world and also a public holiday. The city also hosts the Moomba Water Ski Classic, the Australian Motor Cycle Grand Prix, a rowing regatta and the annual Portsea Polo Event for toffs.
I understand you've recently left Australia. I hope you had a great time here. I recently went to the Sudanese restaurant you went to in Noble Park and had the same meal as you did. Lemon had to be squeezed on the fish to make it easier to eat, and I also had the lamb and beans meal. I told them that I found out about the restaurant from Czech in effect and they also gave me a bowl of soup and a their hibiscus flower drink as well. I'm gonna go back and try their other dishes as well. Safe travels and I hope you make it back to Australia again some day.
WOW ..Czech is still in Melbourne, that's a while. He must be enjoying it. Only suggestion is lower the music as the mic is a bit low at times, which is difficult anyway, then loud music is added 🙄🫤😟
