Nubia, a region in northeastern Africa (present-day Sudan and southern Egypt), has a rich cultural and architectural heritage, with numerous temples built over several centuries. There are several reasons for the abundance of Nubian temples: 1. *Strategic location*: Nubia was situated along the Nile River, a vital trade route connecting Egypt, sub-Saharan Africa, and the Mediterranean. This strategic location made it an important center for cultural and religious exchange. 2. *Egyptian influence*: Nubia was heavily influenced by Egyptian culture and religion, particularly during the New Kingdom period (1550-1070 BCE). Many Nubian temples were built in the Egyptian style, with similar architectural and artistic features. 3. *Nubian kingdoms*: Nubia was home to several powerful kingdoms, including Kush and Meroe, which flourished from the 8th century BCE to the 4th century CE. These kingdoms built temples to honor their gods and pharaohs, showcasing their wealth and power. 4. *Religious beliefs*: Nubians had a strong religious tradition, worshipping a pantheon of gods and goddesses, including Amun, Isis, and Apedemak. Temples were built to honor these deities and to provide a connection between the human and divine worlds. 5. *Funerary practices*: In Nubian culture, temples often served as tombs for pharaohs and nobles, ensuring their safe passage into the afterlife. Some of the most famous Nubian temples include: - Abu Simbel (Egypt) - Temple of Isis at Philae (Egypt) - Temple of Amun at Napata (Sudan) - Temple of Apedemak at Musawwarat es-Sufra (Sudan) - Pyramid temples at Meroe (Sudan) These temples are a testament to the rich cultural heritage and architectural achievements of ancient Nubia.
There are approximately 255 pyramids in Nubia, which is more than double the number of pyramids in Egypt ¹. The Nubian pyramids were built by the rulers of the ancient Kushite kingdoms, with the first pyramid built at El Kurru in 751 BC ². You're likely referring to the flooding of the Nubian homeland due to the construction of the Aswan High Dam in Egypt in the 1960s. The dam created Lake Nasser, which resulted in the displacement of over 100,000 Nubians and the flooding of their ancestral lands, including villages, archaeological sites, and cultural heritage. The construction of the dam was aimed at controlling the flooding of the Nile, providing hydroelectric power, and increasing agricultural production. However, it had a devastating impact on the Nubian people, forcing them to relocate and adapt to a new environment. If you have any specific questions or would like more information, please let me know!
You going there was major bro! It is stated tht the first kings of Ancient Egypt (Kemet) were from the South; Narmer who established the 1st dynasty and Mentuhotep who restored it (Middle Kingdom). In later times Taqarra was a Nubian who is mentioned in the Bible. Those are an old ppl (Nubians), for sure can trace back 5k years easily.

There is no real Egyptian and an unreal Egyptian. All Egyptians are real Egyptians, even if they differ in shape and colours. Do not poke your nose into other people’s things and do not steal anything that does not belong to you.
@haiimpajeetpatel3111 🤦🏽♂️ since you want validation so desperately. 1. I’m a successful businessman w/an MBA who served in the U.S. Army (retired) and have lived all over the world. The name “Africa’ was invented by the ancient Romans. It that time it meant everywhere west of Egypt, not including Egypt. It also didn’t extend south of the Sahara, because the Romans did not know about that area, so it was just the area of present-day Libya, Tunisia, Algeria and including where you claim you are from Morocco. Once people started using the term more broadly, it referred to the whole continent, including Egypt. So, Egypt has been referred to as part of Africa for as long as most of the rest of Africa has been referred to that way! ✌🏽
Egypt was the seat of government for this planet. That is why they put maximum effort into keeping Africans out of Egypt. They have also stolen the 'stone of destiny' from the head of Sphinx, a monument which has the head of a black woman and the body of a lion.
Just one thing I would suggest for you on your videos. Is to show more of the food. UA-cam like to see the food from other countries. Don’t be so tight with the wallet. You can argue them down on there prices right?
When you are walking through the market, just laugh and say thank you and keep walking. OMG try the red dates. They are fresh - in season now. They are sooo good. They were the oblong red fruit near the apples. The prices of the fruit are probably per kilo. If you are having trouble buying - ask someone else shopping how much it is. They will tell you.

Do not poke your nose into other people’s things and do not steal anything that does not belong to you.
.. Going to the McDonald's Somebody wants to mess with you? .... Only in American eyes when somebody says hello , is it a problem...
I can never travel international by myself. I hope you find a apple.
I’ve lived in Africa & Egypt. Bottom line Egypt is in Africa rewriting history won’t change that! ✌🏽
@haiimpajeetpatel3111 nut have you ever been to Africa or Egypt. Probably not. I said what I said.
@haiimpajeetpatel3111 are you slow you haven’t answered my question? Stating where you are from is not an answer. Hell have you lived in Morocco? 🤣
Yo Czech, have you been to Zaouli Africa dance???
no, I have not
Czech the truth
Ancient traders and merchants ✊🏾
Can you post the tour info here or in the more section?
We need to protect all black indigenous north Africans.
@haiimpajeetpatel3111BS
Egypt was the seat of government for this planet.
That is why they put maximum effort into keeping Africans out of Egypt.
They have also stolen the 'stone of destiny' from the head of Sphinx, a monument which has the head of a black woman and the body of a lion.
You get this information from Fantasy movie for sure 😂😂😂
do some research, you will see.
@kerimaabu1359 I do, and I'm sure you get it from a fantasy movie, not from history
Just one thing I would suggest for you on your videos. Is to show more of the food. UA-cam like to see the food from other countries. Don’t be so tight with the wallet. You can argue them down on there prices right?
👍😎
When you are walking through the market, just laugh and say thank you and keep walking.
OMG try the red dates. They are fresh - in season now. They are sooo good. They were the oblong red fruit near the apples. The prices of the fruit are probably per kilo.
If you are having trouble buying - ask someone else shopping how much it is. They will tell you. Egyptian arabic - how much is that - bi kam di?
