The Sherp all-terrain vehicle is a floating all-terrain vehicle on ultra-low-pressure tires created by constructor Alexey Garagashyan. The technical characteristics of the Sherp allow it to overcome mud, water, tree debris and rocks up to 1 meter high. The Sherp all-terrain vehicle is equipped with a Japanese-made Kubota v1505-t diesel engine. The Engine has 4 cylinders and a total volume of 1.5 liters. Engine power is 44.3 HP. The Sherp has a 5-speed transmission, all-wheel drive on all four wheels.

The ice making Waves as they go is probably the coolest thing I've ever seen. that is the truest form of off roading only because there is literally no road. LOVE THE SHERP!!!!!!

How it stay afloat? That was amazing!
There are so many genius feature about this thing, like the fact that the hubcaps are not hubcaps but round fuel tanks. Or the super simple chain drive System that doesnt require any complicated hydraulics or special tools. All driven by a little Kubota Diesel so it uses very little fuel and will never leave you stranded.
This vehicle is as invincible as it gets.
Isn't it amazing what just 44Hp will do with the right gearing torque? I love the Sherp!
Considering the first beetle had 25HP and weighed 1,600 pounds and the Sherp weighs in at 2,800.
This thing rocks.

Да,это незабываемые ощущения аж дух захватывало,когда в натуре и сам так едешь и ни на Шерпе,а на простом Урале,который в любую минуту может у нептуна в гостях оказаться.Мы так в начале 90ых,на закате социализма и в начале капитализма на Уралах по Оби весной переезжали,стоя на подножках авто,на всякий случай,когда на вахте работали на севере.Лёд на реке словно покрывало под тобой прогибался и вставал,вода на льду см 20,30,шли метров через 50 друг за другом. Очко сжималось до игольного ушка,но ехали,да и выбора не было тогда,уж не помню за чем и почему,да и мы были тогда молоды,лет по 25-30,самый безбашенный возраст.

I only learnt of these vehicles yesterday. I am absolutely in love with them! I am currently homeless, have been for 4 years, man it would make the ultimate go anywhere home for me but the cost is very prohibitive. I would love one though, I'd keep it forever!

From the front, it’s kinda looks like Star Wars imperial transport, all they need is install some energy blasters on it.
Remember on the show "Ice Road Truckers" when they were explaining how driving a semi truck across the frozen lake can cause a wave to develop blowing out the ice.

Truly amazing. Ford, GM, and Jeep have forgotten what 4 is about. If I drop $50 to $70 thousand on the latest Jeep I still have put another $20 into it to make it off road capable. And if the video system goes out I am dead in the water. Have a couple of friends that told their displays died and they lost heating cooling control of the radio and could not start the vehicle. Guess I will stick to my 22 year old K2500 that I have about $15 thousand into. Very off road capable for what I do. Love to buy a Sherpa though wish they had a dealership here in the USA.

Those are undergrown useless trees and will be cut down before the final cut of the forrest or just discarded. Commercial forrests are used in stages. First you plant an area or let it start growing naturally. Then you start thinning out the forrest choosing which sort of trees you get the most money out of/what sort of tree grows the best. You then let it grow for 10/20 years and you thin it out again leaving more room for the absolute best ones to grow as big as you want them. Give them 30-60 years. Now you cut it all down and repeat. This all depends on where on earth you're operating and what sort of forrest.
They pop back up and usually fine the next year.
