Oh wow!!!! That final result is amazing. The deep chocolate brown is drool-worthy. And - fragrance oils can morph???? That’s totally new information for me. Pleased that it returned to its original scent, but that’s a little frightening thinking that a whole batch could have been lost because of that. Wishing you a fantastic weekend, Ellen. Thanks again for sharing with us.
Beautiful soap! I have a similar fragrance from Nature's Garden that I've been stumped to think of a design for because of the discoloring issue. Thank you for the inspiration!!
Oh my goodness these are gorgeous. They looked amazing right after the cut but the final look so beautiful. Love that yummy chocolate and that green I knew was a hit at the pour and not just because it’s my favourite colour. 😍
Oh I had that happen to me once! I was soaping with a new fragrance and it smelled really good out of the bottle but when it mixed into soap it smelled plasticky, it was gross lol. I love your soap, it's a great way to deal with discolouring scents too.
Oh wow! That turned out nice! I was really skeptical at first. The chocolate soap wasn't looking too pretty at first, and didn't look that great a shade of brown. (I won't tell you what it reminded me of. 😆) But the final result is gorgeous!
I think Peppermint and Mocha is a year round scent. I love a coffee/mint scent. I can just imagine the aroma of those bars. Thought you were going to do an in the pot swirl lol. Love the finished look. Thanks for sharing.
I had the opposite experience, the fragrance smelled horrible out of the bottle but as the soap cured it growed on me to the point that i was obsessed with the smell 😅.
Oh girl! I also have a fragrance that ha 10% vanilan. Lemon Pound Cake yep what was i thinking? Anyway would love to soap with this fragrance but I am stumped on how to do the top? Should I just keep a portion unscented, adid poppy seeds and do something with the hanger tool or just put unscented on top with poppy seeds? BTW I have been soaping for 3 years and you have taught me so very much!!! Thank you for all that you have do!!
Beautiful! Love mocha mint creamer🥰 Have you tried using Saran Wrap vs rubbing alcohol? I started using it and love it. And I’m not using up my 99% rubbing alcohol.
Did you add this recipe to your Patreon page? Would love to make it. I am a member and love the goat milk and yogurt recipe. Could I make this soap with that recipe?
Ellen, which Workshop Heritage mold is this and how many loafs does it make? What is the measurement of the finished bars? I’d love to take the plunge and buy one with the splitter. I’m just afraid the bars won’t be the same size as the nuture soap T&S molds. As always, your soap is beautiful! I enjoy watching you at this art we all love! 💜
Question for you. Where are some good websites to get melt-and-pour soap bases from? My kids are getting into melt and our more and more and it's being kind of expensive getting it from Hobby Lobby even on sale
Such a beautiful soap!! Perfect for St. Patrick’s Day too ☺️
I was thinking the same
I have not seen a bar made by you that isn’t perfect enough for me! 🎉
Thank you 🤎💚
This soap is beautiful. I like how you worked with the discoloration factor.
The soap absolutely beautiful but most of all I love your upbeat personality. You are amazing!

Yummy! All is missing is marshmallows ❤

Yes, some of the most delish scents will turn dark brown... The only way to combat it is to pull off a bit and leave it unscented👍
this bars looks delicious
Thanks! It smells delish too🤎💚
Beautiful! Love mocha mint creamer🥰

Interesting, I haven't tried that but it sounds promising❣️
@@EllenRuthSoap yea! Give it a shot:)

I don't share this particular recipe, but I do have a recipe playlist here on youtube.

I'm using the Tall Triple Skinny and I get 3 loaves. They have all the specs on their site.
@@EllenRuthSoap thank you!!! I’ll go look now! God bless you!
Looks good enough to eat 😂😂 ❤

Wholesale Supplies Plus has lots to choose from and they do go on sale from time to time...
I like you Ellen
you should have put carob instead of cocoa
I haven't soaped with carob powder... I bet it would be great!
It's not a free resepi
I have a soap recipe play list 👍
