Hi Guys! In todays vlog I take you to get my facial acupuncture treatment. I have been getting this done since late November as a way to help reduce my acne scarring (as well as balance my hormones and manage anxiety). I love how your acupuncturist tells you what she’s doing and why! When I was having acupuncture regularly my therapist never told me anything unless I asked 🙃 haha

I totally agree with you! Its the same with foods that are organic they are always more expensive too! But then the sweets and chocolate are so cheap and not good for us! What can we do? I guess its just the way it is.

Hi, do you honestly feel like the accupuncture made a noticeable difference in your acne scarring? I too am looking in to it for indented acne scarring and pigmentation. I am wondering if I should just do microneedling 🤔.

The best way to cure acne is to use rosehip oil at night, only at night because it can stain the skin during the day. You will see how you shine!
Drink a glass of natural orange juice a day and if you can sometimes add ginger and Maqui powder, rich in vitamin c. Add aloe vera to any natural juice you drink. It does not alter the flavor of the drinks. Lastly, make an exfoliating facial mask with kaolin clay or pink clay, maqui powder, and aloe vera powder (add a little water) or aloe vera gel. I hope I can help.
