I really dislike Aegon but damn if I didn't tear up for his pain. Especially at the end of the ep. when he's crying and Alicent just walks away without comforting him. So sad. Shes a terrible mother.
I like how the show didnt paint Ser Arryk as the villain here. He was loyal to Aegon but did not like Cole's order and retained his dignity while dueling his brother. It's like if Joffrey ordered Barristan to go and kill Robb Stark, the good loyal knight in a bad situation
I have two questions. 1. Did anyone else get hyped for Daeron the Daring being mentioned? 2. If maelor will exist, why not just have him around before and then the Blood and Cheese? Seems kind of weird if they're just planning to do the later events with him.
Yes! I was excited they've finally mentioned him in a tangible way. As for your second comment, I agree, but it does seem like they're changing up the timeline a bit. I guess so even us F&B readers will still be surprised ab stuff. So far I'm pumped tho!!
The only thing about Maelor that would make sense at this point is if Haelaena is already pregnant with him. In the books Maelor was conceived in the night after Viserys's last supper. Aegon and Haelaena having any emotional intimacy is unlikely in the show onwards. Aegon will be turned after Rook's Rest so there's that.
I’m loving what they’re doing with Aegon. It’s like Heleana said-they killed the boy. A new man is born who will finally have the fire to be the king Otto thought he wanted.
For the watch !! & the lord commander !! IIt hard to see Halena be in such pain when they were in the city… How they were used for propaganda…. Great scene but difficult to put yourself in that position as a family man … Cole is starting to be my least favorite cause he is such an oath breaking Hypocrite.. The way he was was towards Erryk.. sorry if I misspell that !!! I loved this episode The tension with The Queen & Her King consort was damn good!!!
I really dislike how they are portraying Criston Cole. He is the epitome of what a Knight should be, yet in the show "Nah bro he's a hypocrite that bangs the Kings mom."
Was such a great episode. I’ve been waiting for this story to come to screen for 6 years and it’s exceeding all my expectations
1st to take the Black for House Blackfyre🗡
Loved tragedy of the dual and seeing Aegon grieve for his son.
Agreed, the tragedy of what happened to Jaehaerys and soon so be others is absolutely horrible. Also hello! Hope you are doing well.
To The King! 🍻

@lukebarroso449 yup soon. I am great thank you. I hope you are as well.
@cpolt1192 I loved it. I wanted the season to make him into a human instead of monster, and it's going great.
@@aegorbittersteel2154 yes, I appreciate his nuance.
The actors playing Aegon and Otto are great. Great cast overall.

My new Hand will be a steel fist.
More like a copper fist. Shiny but useless.
@@nont18411not really he won many battles for the greens
@@hdheh1582 Yes but a knight as hand of the king not a good choice.

Otto never stopped to think what type of king his grandson would be. He thought he'd be able to control him. But absolute power is a helluva drug
Otto didn’t want a king with a fire because that will likely lead to the realm burning. Otto wanted a king he could control.
This channel and In Deep Geek (and when ASX and Glidus make an appearance) are such great content. Love this shit.
can´t wait to see Coles death in a future season. Without any honour.
There will be no songs sung of how brave you died kingmaker, there is thousands dead on your account
I love it. We have come to die for the Dragon Queen!!!
Library scene you can hear dragons growling behind the scene..is well made😌

It's good to see as always. I hope you are doing great.
Rhaenyra: they think i would kill a child?🤔
Rhaenys: looking at Daemon 👀
Daemon:🙄
@@JoseGonzalez-pn5zlthat scene had me cracking up 😂😂
First ranger drinks on me !!!!!! And yes that was funny lol
I really dislike how they are portraying Criston Cole.
He is the epitome of what a Knight should be, yet in the show "Nah bro he's a hypocrite that bangs the Kings mom."
Exactly
He really has not one redeeming quality
The books say he was the best and worst of the Kings guard. We've seen the worst i think we'll see the best when the fighting finally breaks out.
But the books also portrayed him as a bitter POS?
They did the Kingmaker dirty in the show. Although I think he was banging Alicent in the books as well.
Both sides are a bunch of idiots letting the twins chose opposing sides and not insisting on them being differentiated in some way.
Great video, I always found it interesting that we never heard of a single friend Daemon had. In the books or the show
The actor who plays Cole is doing an amazing job because I really hate his face lol
When he bullyies Arryk into the suicide mission... outstanding performance!
The scene with rhaeyra and daemon might be the best of all time on game of thrones !!!!!!
💀💀
Knowing the trajectory of the story, now I know what happened next.
RIP Rhaenys. You should have croaked the greens back 1x9 when you had a chance.
Rest in p*ss & 💩 to her old ahh
👀
I was disappointed by the twin duel presented on HBO... especially after watching how UA-camrs described the book events.
Maegor with teats is actually a complement.

Not feeling Criston cole this season
