DIY modern faceted wooden planters!

- I make some faceted or geometric wooden planters as part of the flower decorations for a party. These are the bigger ones, made from several different species of wood. Each of these faceted planters are unique because of the organic nature of the source material. After I cut the faceted planters to rough shape I glued in the bottom and gave the planters a good sanding. Next I coated the inside with a liberal amount of epoxy, making the wooden planters watertight. So the plants can be planted straight into these planters or even hold water for flowers.

Very original! Those color are gorgeous :)
Thank you!!
Soo good! Could I use green wood or I have to dry it? I want to prevent cracks
They turned out really nice so I've subbed to your channel
They're really cool! I'll definntiely make them. I think it'll be easier to make the hoes with a drill press.
Yes it is! If you a drill that's big enough and your drillpress has enough power tot drill the hole of course. Good luck!
This seems like less mess than a drill press plus you can cut any size hole you want.
What did you finish the outside with? Was that beeswax?
Yes! Beeswax and linseed oil mixture!
Mine works too. I used the Woodprix plans and performed it without any problems.
