Just based off the quick glances you get at the eyes, those look like Leucistic rather than Albino. Albinism always affects the eyes and skin, hair or feathers, leucism only affects the skin, hair or feathers.

Wow that's hell lots of fish in a single shot. These cat fishses are native to swampy water masses .. Man i love these adventurous fishing blog on fresh water bodies. Reminds me of childhood days i used to go on fishing hook beside the lane and creeks near my village. Now here in india we have spoilt everything lost many exotic breeds population explosion and polution of water bodies have caused decline in fish .. Wish I lived in Florida! I'd love catching exotics n invasive fish for aquariums and ponds. Unfortunately, I live in Oklahoma so nothing exotic but tons of alligator gar and spotted gar in shallow creeks!😊
I was at Ft Sill and I was up above a creek that was about 5 ft wide and 1 ft deep, it was packed with 5 ft gar!

g`day you should of kept most of those small catfish to feed the big predator tank / pond its better for the larger fish and they will love you for it . feeding live food to my oscars and other larger cichlids i have owned makes their colours really stand out i had to sell a few over time to a few aquariums the owners have always been very impressed and commented on their colours they would ask what i was putting in the water while inspecting the fish to buy holding the bag up i would say nothing just i just feed with live food . there can be problems with a chance of introducing parasites and diseases with wild food so i use to buy culls(a brown goldfish) to control such issues i had 2 tanks a food tank and the display tank and the hatchery would home deliver the culls every month they also love insects i use to catch with sticky traps in the yard ..great video subbed a few months ago 1st comment

The light color makes them a easy target for a predator fish like a bass they will eat almost anything that falls in the water that will fit in their mouth

When you were leading the first cast out you can like on the third one you can like see one of the catfish jump out one of the walking catfish and it likes it like moves it walks kind of over to like a rock and you can see it

What is a good sized cast net for freshwater fishing?
Around 8-10ft diameter or a 4-5 foot cast net would be a great starter net for fresh and salt water. Any bigger like 10-12 feet and you won’t be able to hit smaller ditches as easily for bait fish. I’d say a five foot(10 feet diameter) cast net would be perfect. You can catch bait and even shrimp easily with a 5 footer. Just practice out in your yard or a field/park near where you live first, in order to get your accuracy and throwing style in order. If you don’t like it,bring it back to store before throwing in water. Remember there will be unseen sticks,rocks,and multitudes of things to get caught on. Prepare to go in after your net because they’re not cheap,and remember it’s not if it’s when! I hope that helps. Good luck and peace

I lived in key largo for years.... Mile marker 128 is the aerojet canal. Last bit of fresh water before the keys.
There is a boat launch there for smaller boats on the freshwater side of the spillway.
Cross over the spill way and head upstream( leads under the bridge then its ether walk or bike past the gate) for about .25 mile. There are a few ponds next to the canal. Lots of good fish there as well as larger peacock bass. Bring a net and a fishing pole. I now live in north port but head into the everglades alot. Also chameleon hunt in fort meyers.
So what an albino catfish is worth only like 6000$ for one so like only 12k$ loss but u still have an aggression bass👍

It is illegal to own buy sell trade or transport live walking catfish in Florida without a permit so be careful and know what you can and can't keep. You could end up with a big fine. They are cool thogh
