I feel like it’s wierd stuff like that that makes doctor who such a great show... like you literally get hot garbage like love and monsters one week and timeless gothic masterpieces like the SATAN PIT, the next. I think one of the problems with series 13 is that Chibs plays it so safe that we don’t really get extremely bad campy episodes or extremely good flamboyant episodes anymore. We kind of just get a straight diet of more or less ok television. In my opinion doctor who has to either be Absolute Garbage or Creative Genius... not good enough television Edit: 13th doctors run not “series 13” but consider it a prediction
Definitely. People tend to forget about the Remnants from the planet Desolation (Ghost Monument episode), who explicitly called the Doctor the Timeless Child. The Remnants: "We will feed on your fears too, the greatest fears of all of them, Timeless Child" 13: "What did you just say?" The Remnants: "She doesn't know. We see, what's hidden, even from you" 13: "Get out of my head!" So apparently going from the leak, 13 was in this situation thinking about Ursula Blake for some reason? Lol sure. No, the Doctor IS the Timeless Child. How ever people wish her not to be, she simply is. It was grounded from day one (actually day two, Ghost Monument was her second episode, anyway) and was CONFIRMED by the Master in the finale. Yes, the Master is a known liar, but the Remnants weren't and they were inside the Doctor's head, they saw the same stuff, that the Master has shown the Doctor inside the Matrix. They might have seen even more, as the stuff in the Matrix wasn't complete. I would definitely trust the blankets more than someone making theories from some sort of leaked material. The Abzorbaloff might return, if Chibnall loves to bring back past monsters, why not, I mean Daleks keep on returning, Sontarans keep on returning, Cybermen keep on returning, Weeping Angels ... and did I mention the Master? So yea. But making crazy theories on who's going to be revealed as the Timeless Child, because of some leaks, that's reaching. Chibnall might be a madman (without a box), but he's definitely not that crazy as of retconning his own work. He made it pretty clear, that the Doctor is the Timeless Child, any theory on her not to be is simply trying hard, going head long against a wall.
