I tried SimplyPiano today and not only it doesn't let you work on some parts you need to, they blame you for hitting the wrong note when they accidentally perceive the note you play by one octave higher. Plus they start to charge you if you want to learn "higher level" stuffs, which is, more than the notes you can find on an octave. And it won't make you wanna practice every day before school. It makes you demotivated because they don't tell you where's the problem in your playing but keep making you repeat it, however the so called "error" ended up to be the system fault. Terrible.

Thank you, Brett and Eddy, for all the awesome content you guys put out! Like, really, thank you... I'm an EFL Teacher in Thailand, and as part of my students' English program I have to teach Music.
Guys, I have no musical training. Nada. And the school has no musical resources. Double nada. Last semester was not fun.
Then I found Twoset during the holidays. You guys inspired me to write an actually interesting curriculum, get my poop together, and research music 40 hours a day. To teach my kids about Percussion I showed them your Pro vs Beginners videos (and made Nyango Star an answer in their follow up test). I'm actually currently drafting a lesson plan for the Violin... viola's being lumped together with the rest of the Strings section.
This Wikihow video has excellent timing - THANK YOU FOR NOT SWEARING, my students are 10-11! Now, Music is the subject I look forward to teaching the most.
Much love for that. Korp kun ka.

What does music have to do with learning the English language??? I can understand learning a language through singing songs but not through percussion, rhythm and music theory.

I coin the term “violina”. Ben actually held onto a 400 year old violin too much and started transforming the violin into an instrument that matched his skill level. However something happened and it stopped transforming, turning it into a violina. What’s impressive is that his skill is even more terrible than an actual viola and what he needs to be playing on is a trash can.
