The sounds and art of Staten Island in Spring

- Hi Artist Friends! What a month May was!
I have enjoyed and treasure all the spring days left before summer! May in Staten Island is a time for the most beautiful flowers and plants to flourish and shine. As I commute to Brooklyn on the weekdays, I'm so lucky to see so many different plants and flowers blooming. It truly makes me happy to see all those spring colors.
And with spring, marks a new turn in season and habits. The habit I usually do is to walk at least one hour a day or light running while listening to podcast ( currently listening to The Black Tapes). It really feels good to run or walk after work to let off some steam and have a healthier mind when I come home to my wife.
Speaking of home, I had to a kitchen sink problem, and I was able to fix it with the help of partners. She always encourages me to try and is my cheerleader when it comes to fixing things in the home. I was really proud to fix a simple thing - that could have been a bigger complex problem.
As for making and creating, I have started to work with clay again, and have started to make Keychains and earrings. I will soon put them up on my ETSY shop.
