The protein shake satchels are such a good idea! I can also recommend little bags of mixed nuts, I always take those on trips as I tend to get tired of the sweet stuff like gf muesli/protein bars. I have even gone as far as taking a can of baked beans which only need to be heated up, and those bags of powder for making mashed potatoes which only require water or milk to be added to it.
There are so many things there I cannot eat, but I like the protein powder idea!! I like Iron Faith Nutrition Circadian Balance, and I can put it in baggies.
Do you have any problems taking these packets etc. through the Customs? Is there a limit on how many packs you can take on the plane in your hand luggage for example?
@@GFBlogger Thank you. I'll be seeing if can get any of these with online shopping! My staple was Complan, the original, but I don't like the taste of it now.
Husband and son have celiacs are traveling is aweful. I'm going to buy some of these for our son. We're retired so we can avoid traveling majority of the time.
Honestly I'm a week into my trip now and these have been a life-saver, particularly the protein shakes as I've been reluctant to eat much meat out here so it's very carb-heavy!

I took this on my main luggage, not sure what the rules are but was fine to take a few bars and (unmixed) protein shakes in my hand luggage!
