A little tip! I ALWAYS travel with carry on (and I have 2 kids) I honestly just pack 4 days worth of clothes and just do a wash mid week. There are laundromats in every city, and I just hang the clothes to dry in my hotel room. Requires a bit more work but I swear I will never check in luggage again! I also dress a lot more casually than most women so it just works for me. Also leaves room for shopping 😊
I love that, yeah I think washing things is great. I realise I could have probably brought less with me. Im staying with a friend so I have access to their washer and dryer which I will probably still use at some point
I love watching your cleaning videos so much, I just had depression, I burned out and couldn't do anything at all! after watching your videos, I noticed that I started doing a mini cleaning in the morning, wiping the dust and rearranging items in their places. I started to take up some business again, so thank you so much for the motivation and guitar music is always so soothing!!! Have a nice flight and a soft landing! I hope to see a vlog about London💓💗💖💞🤗
You don't need multiple power adaptors when you travel, all you need is a powerboard (with surge protector) & one adaptor. I travel regularly & I have a 8 plug powerboard with USB connectors, with surge protector that I take with me & the country adaptor(s) required. I can then plug my laptop, camera, phone, anything else I need into it and only need to find one powerpoint where I'm staying. I also live for packing cubes!!!!!
Just one thing to keep in mind. I’m from India and when I travel to Europe or North America, I need to carry a converter in addition to my adapter for my hair tools because they get fried otherwise. I’m not sure if you need one (for where your tool’s from) but you can check the voltage specifications and decide. Or just Google. Happy travels!
☔️ It always rains in England, so you need a plan for that. We’ve just had two weeks of remarkable weather there, but we had rain the last two days. I loved wearing my white sweaters like yours, but for travel layering dark colors was better. You don’t get free bags when shopping in the UK, so a few reusable ones are handy. I used compression packing cubes for the first time - loved them, but need to find better ones. I needed to pack a week’s clothes your way too, as all my luggage was lost on our trip there in March - it also means you spend less time packing and unpacking and more time enjoying travels. I hope you had an amazing time. Also for anyone using Air Canada, their sizes are smaller than US carriers. It took some serious homework to get a size that worked so they wouldn’t make us check hand luggage.
@@kingan5412 I was born in England - always anticipate rain at some point during a visit. It doesn’t rain all the time, but weather in the uk is most definitely changeable, so layering is a good plan.
Hi! Which luggage did you use? I'm travelling on british airways to London from Toronto for the first time and am struggling to find a carry on of the right dimensions. Please help! Thanks❤
This would be much more helpful if you would lay out everything that you chose to put into your bag, and we could see how much you were actually able to put into your carry-on.
I LOOOOOVE so much this video is so true to reality!! We only need 1 cosmetic bag for traveling abroad!! Good for you and I also love that you only have 1 eyeshadow pallet!! I don't understand people who have 10, or 20 of them.... I mean eyeshadows have a life expectancy, then what? Trough away 20 palettes??!! That's such a waste of the environment. I'm flying to London in 2 weeks and will pack light like you,I will even fit my mini-hair dryer in the same cosmetic bag!!! You've got a new follower!!
Could you share the approximate dimensions of your Longchamp Le Pliage Neo Tote, please? I am in search of the perfect throw-around bag to carry on, and this might be it, only when I Google, there are so many variations and I don't order one that is too big or too small. This version is perfect! Thank you so much, in advance 😍
Its the Le Pliage Neo Tote but I dont think they make it anymore. There are other ones in the black on black, I'm not sure about their zippers though, this one has a really chonky heavy duty zip haha
one of the "good " things about £being in the toilet is you should get good exchange rate so save your baggage allowance for anything you can buy here ....

So glad to have watched this! I always think that travel is made easier when you have the best travel gear and essentials too. The bento bag from Nomad Lane is my best carry-on bag for travels like this. Thought I'd share it with you, too! :)
@@rachelleea don't mind this person, that was years ago with all the crap- now they're doing such a better job being inclusive and they DO have good quality

Thanks, I've used my curler in Australia for years even though its a US plug. Its dual voltage 😊
Perfect. Your excitement is palpable. Have a great time in London!
The title of this video really lured me in but then you began to talk about the details of jeans and cleaning your items.

Big myth. Not always rain here, especially not in whole England 😏

Aw thank you ❤️❤️
Just an FYI. You can put the TruEarth strips in the washing machine where the liquid goes. You do not need to tear it up and put it in the tub.
Oh really, good to know. I’ve just got the habit of opening the drawer for the liquid so maybe I’ll keep going with it haha
I just bought a wheeled carry on after years no travel. Soo satisfying to pack light.

Where is the white hoodie from that you're wearing on the plane?
I got it from Simons but it was a year ago sorry

Absolutely impressed you got a weeks vacation in a carry on!! Question, where do you get your crop tops that you where around the house from?
I got them from Simon’s but annoyingly they don’t have them anymore 😭
Going to europe and realized my airline has a carryon limit if 17 lbs. Wish me luck!
Good luck 🤞🏼

6 pairs of makeup brushes doesn't sound minimal to me 😂. I just take one eyeshadow brush, one foundation brush and blush brush.
Is the tote size M or L
I cant quite remember, I believe its a large when I compare to others
Nice video

Very helpful thank you🤍
