- A few clips of my 2003 Mustang GT with an SLP Loudmouth 1 catback exhaust. Stock midpipe and stock headers. Going to be going with an aftermarket midpipe and headers soon so wanted to get some clips for comparison!
WTF this is the most detailed, best-sounding, recorded exhaust video ever! usually it's people with phones and crap audio XD
For it basically stock, the catback alone sounds great 🔥 im still deciding between this or the Borla Atak catback. Price is a pretty big factor tho 😂
Awesome video and audio quality!
Great videos so far.I am subscribed!
How do you know which exhaust you have ? I had my mechanic installed a loudmouth exhaust and it sounds nice and loud but everytime I watch a video on slp loudmouth 1 on an 02 gt like I have ,mine seems quieter. The mechanic at the time said he installed the louder one but he doesn't know much about the loudmouth exhausts and at the time I didn't either. I now know that the loudmouth 1 is louder so I hope that is what I have. What are the differences.I do have the bullet or shotgun resonators.I have hi flow cats.
These are the Loudmouth 1s, the loudmouth 2s have baffles inside them and are a little quieter. The sound will change depending on what midpipe and headers you're running.
I have an x pipe.So what I described sounds like i have a loudmouth 1? I have shotgun resonators.
@@timothygarrity5181 yeah most likely.. loudmouth 1 and 2 both look identical. The only way to tell is to take it off and look inside of it. Upload a video of how it sounds here on UA-cam and let me know or send it to me on Instagram, I might be able to tell just by hearing it!
@@infernoauto cool I will do that..Maybe I am just so used to hearing it that it seems quieter.
@@timothygarrity5181 mine does not feel loud anymore. Others disagree lol
Everything on the exhaust in stock. Only thing you did was put on the slp loudmouth 1? This sounds 10x better than stock.
Yes, everything is stock other than the LM1 catback. It's definitely my favourite setup for these cars, great sound, very little to no drone at all. I'll have an updated vid soon with the catted X pipe and BBK shorty headers.
