I did substitute W sauce and Molasses/ Honey, for the Browning for color and awesome flavor...made triple your amount, using my math and cooking skills and it was absolutely AMAZING!!! ...and I'm an American LOL. Thank you for the great recipes - I watch all your great cooking

Hi there! That green sauce is called "epis" yes, I have a very easy video. Here's the link to it
      ua-cam.com/video/85xiZlEhfmA/v-deo.html
The epis can be used to season your meat, fish, soups, etc. It truly enhances the flavor of your dishes.

  • @lindax3062

Hi Love! This recipe is veryyyyy delicious!! You can definitely add as many scotch bonnet pepper as you would like most Haitians will add it actually all Haitians probably would add scotch bonnet pepper lol. I get called "fake Haitian" because I don't like pepper in my food but personally, I don't like spicy food that's why most of my recipes don't include scotch bonnet pepper. So go ahead and spice it up love. Thanks for watching 💕

The tomato destroys the taste of the conch. Conch has rich distinct taste and the tomatoes completely destroys it. Conch is expensive and I messed mine up putting tomato paste in it.

You’re recipes always look great, however, I don’t think you’re being truthful about what or how much of an ingredient you put in. 2 tablespoons of lemon? But I see you added the lemon juice 7 times, which looked like more than 2 tablespoons….
