Well Done Bressie😁 I suffer from depression and panic attacks as well! It's great to have you as a role model, and listening to your music helps me get through them👍🏻

Very eloquent, heartfelt and moving. Well done Bressie!!!! Now you just got to hope that the politicians or more accurately the Civil Servants (who always find a reason not to do things) find the go button.

here here. keep up the good work. in personal experience seeking help in the almost shy manor you don't get the attention you deserve. to be seen I had the be in a theatrical state and took 6 months to get better. now needing help again it's very dragged out . 2 months for a referel.
also rejected from a psychologist I originally went to see for two years based on a change of address. there are many holes that have to be filled but I do appreciate all the help I could get.

It's a hard one, I know this young man speaks a lot around Ireland now and tells their own story yet what caused it? There are many causes and many we all know such as losing someone, debt, bullying etc. Can we maybe now try to tackle the cause somehow rather than continuing to just talk about it. Like, we have been talking about issues in physical health for years and installed systems for lots of things with more work to be done but causes of mental health needs more emphasis but stringent preventive measures. This Health & Safety Act for workplaces and education spaces, so little is made of the area around a person's mental health. How does and Adult deal with bullying? How are they believed and how is it death with? how is the complaint respected? Psychologists can work with someone to cope with loss and debt, addiction but how are people who cause great pain unto others dealt with? I'd personally class it as criminal to cause harm to a persons mental health through bullying, intimidation, insult to their status. Its rampant in the workplace and online and its got to stop not just for kids!
