    ℹ️About the episode:
When producing a long format video every Sunday for 167 episodes every Sunday, it’s only a matter of time before something goes wrong. The last time we hit a snag was in Alaska when we accidentally deleted our footage. This time we had an issue with our mic and half of our footage from Kentucky was corrupted. Now we’re using the Canon Mirrorless EOS-R and sending the Canon 6D Mark ii to Canon Pro Services for repair. New Camera: amzn.to/3151L2H
In this episode, Charlie strongly considers joining the stock dogs to move some sheep around the gates. We visit Churchill Downs to bet on horses during the twilight races and decide Keep Your Daydream would make a great name for a racehorse!
We also celebrate our 20-year wedding anniversary at the Galthouse Louisville Ky thanks to KYD Insiders Jeff & Connie. It was fun to have a memorable anniversary while on the road and in the beautiful state of Kentucky!
We also added our favorite shoe holder and RV Locks to the rig. To learn more about Toy Ginger's upgrades, visit our complete list here www.keepyourday...

Thank you so much for this video! I got smacked in the face with the butt of the power drill while pulling up our stab jacks today. I was lucky it didn’t it didn’t catch me in the eye. Urgent care sent me to the ER to be sure it wasn’t fractured. So I’ve been sitting here a while and your video is helping pass the time.

Being British we are familiar with Sheepdog Trials. Some Handlers have 3 dogs working simultaneously, each receiving their own commands via the whistle. They drive the sheep, split them according to collar colour as you said. They Shed them in the Pen etc. They regularly change the sheep of course, as you cannot over stress the sheep. This country pursuit is common in the UK. The dogs are actual working dogs on the owners farms, usually Trials are for Charity, they are truly intelligent animals, love my dogs and loooove Charlie tooo.

Your videos are the bar to which all UA-cam camping blogs are striving towards! If I was a decision maker at the Discovery Channel looking for show ideas, I'd hire you on in a second and turn KYD into a weekly show with you guys hosting! Can't ignore a couple with true charisma. And an FYI... About 125 miles from Pigeon Forge is Mount Mitchell, NC which is the tallest point east of the Mississippi. Your plans are probably already made, but I highly suggest putting that on your KYD bucket list for the future!

20 years? Pfffft, newlyweds! LOL, Congratulations. My Mrs and I are coming up on 36 and last anniversary somebody said "35? Pffft, newlyweds!" So, far be it from me to break traditions! BTW, we rode our bike through that whole area a couple years ago. Absolutely beautiful part of the country. (Oh, and Pimlico in Maryland is kind of a big horse racing deal to, they've been around since 1870, just sayyyin) we have the instapot mini and we do use it but we haven't used it camping yet. We're just up to Blackstone flat griddle. Supposed to be here today. We didn't get the platoon size, we went with the two burner.

On the road cooking with Trish should be a weekly thing!! Atleast once a week. My husband used to drive over the road for several years and sometimes I’d go with him on and cook him a real meal. It was fun to get creative with tools such as the instant pot and an electric grill. Most importantly it got him into mine said to not settle for food that like nutrition. Needless to say, there’s a huge audience for such content, it doesn’t have to just be for RV’rs. There are So many drivers who work for a living on the road who don’t know any better and resort to nasty gas station hotdogs and pizza. If they only knew how easy it is to put a few items together in an instant pot and have a home cooked meal that can last for days. If anyone can do it Trish, you can! No pressure.

    Loved this
I never thought about using the cheese for gluing the shell closed.... I'll be doing that next.
I use fresh white corn tortillas, I pre cook a stack then keep them warm in a stack in foil and if I have glass stovetop handy I'll keep it warm in the foil stack on low and just flip the pack occasionally.
If you want yummy fish tacos. Any white fish works like tilapia. I use heavy dill and blackening, not spicy, and fresh lime juice.
I cook on a griddle with coconut oil (even though I love the butter flavor. I put a sheet of foil loosely laying over while cooking and season both sides. And all it needs is my taco slaw--Napa cabage thin sliced lightly coated with poppy seed dressing, I use breanns with a peach on the label. You can add diced tomatoes if you want. But squeezing a fresh wedge of lime juice on them makes them so yummy. I call them Cindy's Fish Tacos
My mom doesn't care for fish but she will request me to mak these when I visit.
Left overs are just as great too. Mom doesn't like cooking and dad is more than happy with left overs. I usually count 1-1/2 to 2 tilapia per person for dinner but for my dads sake I make double for him. Nappa cabbage is awesome in sandwiches and has a nice little taste and it lasts longer in the fridge.

We literally just got back from Pigeon Forge and GSM NP this evening! can't wait to see all the fun you've had there. I'm also a big Instant Pot user (but we follow a plant-based diet). Love using my IP outside to cook while RVing. Keeps our 25' Class C clean and cool. This week I made an Indian tikka masala curry with tofu/sweet potatoes served with brown rice and a super easy spaghetti and meatballs (frozen Gardein meatless meatballs, jar of prego, broken spaghetti noodles and some water - 8 min later a complete one pot, one step meal my kids love!) Happy travels :)

And I have to add that we owned a Sheltie for many years (cousin to the border collie). Not long after we got her, and just before her 1st birthday, I looked out the window to see her attempting to herd my three young children. She ran circles around them, making them back toward each other, then wouldn't let them leave her designated "safe circle" area. It's truly in the genes. :-)

Sadly the worst hotel experience I have ever had was at the Galt House. That was 8 years ago and I still refuse to stay there when we go to Louisville. The Hyatt on 4th Street now gets our business. I’m glad you actually know the owners and were treated properly.

That looked delicious! My family wouldn't touch it, but I'd be in heaven. I have no idea how I've found myself married to such a picky eater and end up with 4 smaller picky eaters. They aren't even picky about the same things. I bet a balsamic vinegret would be crazy delish on that salad. Mmmmmm 😍 in sure you've probably already moved of from the smokies, but if not be careful our pediatrician told us a few weeks ago the ticks are real bad this year. Use spray, wear pants, check any cuffs on clothes before getting in your vehicle. We're in the Lookout Mtn area, just a couple hours South from there. Check Charliereal good too 😉

Hi again! I tried using the pressure cooking aspect of my instant pot today, because I was inspired by Trisha! I made the shredded chicken, thanks Trisha, it turned out perfect, better than ever because of the 'layering;. `Just some positive feedback, if you could keep the cooking tips uninterrupted I'd appreciate that. While I loved all the things Marc brought forth they could have been done around the cooking tips. I'm taking it all in and sometime use step by step instructions, all of it. From tire maintenance to cooking. Thanks for all you do!

I make homemade tortillas from maseca and they are moist and they don't fall apart like the store bought kind. Homemade is always better 😊

At 2:21 "What's going on here? A gentleman just wanted to build a castle." A gentleman just wanted to build a castle. That's genius! Another prime example of as adults not limiting ourselves from our dreams.

Thanks for a great video. I saw Charlie watching the sheep dogs and learning how to do that too, very smart dog! Loved watching the sheep dogs, that is something else. Thanks for the tip on instant pots, heard of them, but don't own one yet. I see you use two of my favorite bands of BBQ sauces. Way to go on 20 years too! Nice video editing and recovery on loss of sound.

I noticed that you have a Polarmax refrigerator. Mine failed after 14 months. Cooling unit leak. Only fix is replacing cooling unit and it's $1800 and no warranty. Nobody around here will fix it. Replaced with home type refrigerator. I don't boondock so I don't need propane for refrigerator. I have some parts I saved (electric parts). If you need parts let me know. (free)
