All the other videos never mentioned “Respect yourself enough” 🤯
@@jaclynwatson8860 when she said that, that really hit home for me.
I get 'Sunday dread' all the way into Friday afternoon now. Feels like I have a lump in my throat. Way past time. I don't even care if I starve (which I won't). It's time.
Yes, I had a terrible job, which I had a literal pain in my neck, that went away three days after I quit
Now, after all the crap jobs, I went back to work for me, it's not easy, but it's peaceful...
Im overly stressed at work, but I need a steady pay check. I hate the job, but Im afraid to be homeless.
How did it go? are you still working there? i am about to quit, also scared to be jobless, but I'm sure something will come up
Yes I ended up quitting. I couldn't take it anymore. Found something better. Much happier...
Eddie G are you still happy?
She helps me to made a decision, but after that..,was hard. Yes without a salary, and the current times.... Think smart, don’t quit without a plan B. If you have no choice, do it, keep your dignity....
@@ItsEdG I know your comment is old, but I hope life is treating you kind and you are working a job that you love 💜
i haven't worked in 4 years...my body feels amazing

@@anaki0604 what do you do now?
The lady is right, doesn't need hour long psychoanalysis or a personal coach to find out, only these basic questions she listed are needed. If you feel unwell, unhappy and develop mental or physical stress symptoms, then this isn't a good place to stay. It's not about the work, every work has elements that are boring or annoying but need to be done. But this doesn't make someone feel miserable or ill. So if the atmosphere, payment or colleagues are the cause, then go on and look for something better. You can't fix structural problems of your working environment, but you can decide every day if you are worth it to go there. A bad payment can be achieved anywhere else, bad colleagues aren't exclusive to your current job either. But there's only a chance of finding better opportunities elsewhere, not in your current job. And to just pay the basics you can always find a job in a supermarket or a factory, go where the jobs are, not where anybody wants to be.
Heart attacks happen mostly on Mondays (I read somewhere). Good indicator you let it go too long!
Case of the Mondays
"The dread feeling on Sundays" is me. I feel that way because I've realize I don't have enough time or money. Knowing how fast 15 minutes breaks, 30 minute lunch, and a 2 day weekend goes, while know your options are limited because you haven't been paid enough to live leaves me with that feeling everything Sunday.
Im currently feeling all 3
Right now iam
This just happen to me , they tried writing me up for some dumb stuff 2 weeks ago 😂😂 I just ripped that write up in his face and just walked out . I already had a second job and I just got an interview for another job the same day I left !!!!!! Let’s go !!!!!!! 🧘🏽♂️🧘🏽♂️🧘🏽♂️🧘🏽♂️
Always look for another job before quitting because the cost of living is expensive nowadays and yeah the stress might be damaging your health but you need that money to get by.
That's right because money is not going to fall out of the sky.
@@bmoshareholderappleshareho855 yeah but if you are under paid you will easily find jobs with the same salary
I have too much respect for myself I am quitting my job. I got very sick and had to take a sick leave.
I specifically searched this topic and cracked up when she said if you’re asking this question, then it’s probably about time to look for something else. I’m off on weekends and get really bad anxiety attacks and feelings of dread on Sundays, especially in the evenings.
Thank you!!! I’m outta there
Thank you so very much for this video. I have all four signs.
Lol I'm feeling screwed either way but I hope I guess for something diff. A lot of obstacles I'm sure people have sometimes all you got is what you got. God bless you if you have a nice job and a rewarding job and something worth it. Be happy with it.
Love this! So true.
Just recently, I pretty much had a nervous breakdown and called out. None of my bosses asked how I was, nor my supervisor.
Just today, I started doing applications in hopes I get something by Friday so I could put in my two weeks. I don't need to work at a place in which I am getting paid so little, meanwhile, doing so much. Also, my left wrist is starting to become inflamed and my body begins to tremble whenever I think about work.
Welp it's time to go
Another one for me is trouble sleeping
Thank you!
Best way to get a raise is find a new job

What if I feel all that but I don’t have anywhere else to go.
So basically every and any job will "give you" these reasons
Needed to see this today.
Same, I’m about to quit with no backup plan
