Again, great, thanks. But! There are some factors, that can destroy the mood, the tension, it's when one of both are getting tired during the date, for example. I haven't found a good video about how to keep your own and her energy level during the dates on I high level so you can develop tension.

Masculinity isn’t about being dominant or loud, it’s about being grounded, emotionally intelligent, and taking responsibility. When you own your strength, that’s what really draws people in.

Truer words have never been spoken.
All these guys on the internet whining about how you can’t get a woman unless you’re tall, or rich, or jacked, or whatever, would have their minds blown if they knew just how attractive simply being a MAN is to a woman, and how you’ll stick out like dogs balls at the moment (in a good way) if you just BE A MAN.
There’s SO LITTLE COMPETITION, because so many guys these days wouldn’t even know how to be a masculine man, even if they realised they’re actually supposed to be one. And how attractive it would make them to women.

Biggest takeaway: Avoid acting out of fear to impress a woman. My biggest, lingering question, Bobby (I think you might’ve covered this in a past video): How do we strike a balance when in a professional setting (harassment guidelines are hammered in these days)?

I can answer it for you. First of all you need to date her outside of work. In there you are a possible item, not colleagues. And also, its quite baffling that you have thoughts about harassment. Let me explain.
Being masculine also requires some vibe check. This is the skill most guys dont have. You gotta know when a woman is into you without her saying this. You dont do daring stuff just because you are a masculine guy. Make sure as well the vibe is right (she’s flirty, engaging, teasing, seems attracted to you) before doing some moves.

Hi Bobby, great vid. Question: So the girl I am currently dating likes to plan and lead dates (not every time but a lot of the times), sometimes as a surprise to me. I'm torn because I know we're never supposed to give them the masculine role But I also know about cognitive dissonance and how every time she's planning these dates, She is valuing what she's working for, being me. And they are usually pretty thoughtful with me in mind and I can tell she's trying to impress me. I also let her pay sometimes as well cuz it helps my wallet out and it shows me how invested she is. So am I totally blowing it here? Should I only let her plan/lead our dates once in a blue moon or never at all? Or is what I'm doing totally fine because the cognitive dissonance is making her view me as the prize?

I agree with majority of what is being said it's all about being assertive direct and dominant with boundaries involving the truth. Being a average mature responsible adult is not being a irresponsible self centered jerks players and A@# holes that are manipulative. Women aren't comfortable with men that don't set boundaries being direct or walk away when women disrespect that are over pleasing nice guys. Being a leader is knowing when to be assertive and direct with boundaries I myself didn't know when to walk away from that disrespected me I just didn't want to be the type of man that abuse assault and disrespected women just to get what I wanted more during those relationships and I didn't spend time being alone. Fellas don't be afraid of being alone I'm not saying being nice to women in relationships is wrong just know when to walk away and be a responsible assertive dominant leader with boundaries involving the truth when getting to know a woman to build a serious committed relationship into marriage I enjoyed watching the show that encouraging men to do better in the dating market even when placed in the friend zone just move on 👍.
