When you are receiving and incoming call, on your screen you will see any information available about the caller as well as an option to answer or to dismiss the call. Dismissing a call will send them to your Voicemail. To answer or dismiss the call: PRESS AND HOLD your finger on the Phone Icon button and DRAG your finger UP to answer or DOWN to dismiss.

Had to repeat numbers they asked for several times as they could not get it right. Told to wait 1/2 hour and call customer service to complete set up.. Called back and recording said they were closed. Realized suddenly that no one asked for the telephone number to use for the phone to be set up, since this jitterbug phone, purchased on Amazon, is to replace another phone which is missing. Will try customer service number tomorrow. If no success will return the phone. Probably a big mistake to order this jitterbug in in the first place, appropriately named.

I hit next to finish setup & after several minutes it finished. It didn’t take me automatically to the great call menu setup which I chose in the set up menu. Instead it sent me to A screen that said start android by hitting the next button again to finish setting up! Right now it’s still saying finishing set up & it’s been at least 5 minutes. I’m still waiting.

yes you can....either through an app called Duo, or through What's App, or through Skype....these are all apps you can download through Google Playstore...just go to Apps and search Google Playstore then search for one of the apps named above...download that app, open it and use. It should be easily accessible in your apps list next time you search through your apps. I use Duo as well as What's App, as well as Skype

They don't make this phone and they apparently won't let you set it up even if it's brand new because you got it from somebody like I did. My dad bought this stupid thing off.The television never set it up and now I'm trying to set it up.And I cannot because it's obsolete so don't waste time watching any of this.
