The Jitterbug Smart4, for example, has an urgent response button that can connect you to professional monitoring agents. The primary downside with this is that the smartphone is a bit more complicated to use (a touchscreen with multiple buttons/controls vs. a medical alert system with only one physical button). However, for many people this is sufficient.
