A true living musical legend. Thank you for not listening to the naysayers who are too caught up in octave range and the topics she chose to deal with in her musical artistry throughout her career. Not everyone has the octave range of Whitney, Celine or Mariah, but what Madonna has is true emotion when she sings. And that is why I believe that she had the effect that she did worldwide over millions and millions of people, and why to this day she is still the best-selling female musical recording artist history 👏
Her pen game is strong. Mariah doesn’t have as strong as song as Vogue or Like a Prayer under her belt. Neither does Celine. Many of Celine’s hits were covers. Who is the best singer is such a one dimensional conversation. Bottom line for me is artistry. An artist has to move me and create art. Madonna has done so many wonderful things it is such a damn shame that so many do not appreciate her work.

As if Madonna is the only artist to start concerts late! Personally, I wouldn't want Madonna to start one minute before she is ready. She gives so much to the audience in her performances. If she happens to be late in Atlanta, I suggest that you both just enjoy the experience -- it's like a Madonna convention with like minded souls. You will be surrounded (hopefully) by fabulous people who are stoked for a great party and a great experience. Just go with the flow and soak it all in, I say, and let the experience imprint upon your memory. I've never had anything but a fantastic experience seeing her live!

I’ll just say these names and leave , Aretha Franklin, Mariah Carey, Whitney Houston, Cher, and many more but these ladies are huge diva’s like Madonna and their stage and sound must be perfect before they will start.
If someone hates waiting, just dont show up before 9 pm. Many people show up hours before the official time anyway...in Germany we were prepared it was gonna be a long night. I was in the arena at 8pm, she was on stage at 10 pm. I waited so many years to see her live, i had two more hours, who cares? No one made a fuss about it here.

It shows no matter how big and successful she is, she still cares and is human after all. Yay for people singing 100% live with live musicians, no pre recording, just pure raw vocals.

After this performance the album Bedtime Stories started being advertised as “the perfect gift for Mother’s Day” 😂 also, this was the last year we hear Madonna with her “90s voice”. She took singing lessons for Evita and she kept on studying, taking more control of her singing and using it in a way she would reach more octaves.

I forgot how great she sounded live singing this here. While some will nit pick her vocals here, it no doubt isn't an easy song to sing live. I think she did pretty darn great considering. Brenda also mentioned she would like to hear a full album of them singing togeher. And while they didn't do a full album, they did record a few other songs. Only one other song was officially released with them and that is "Forbidden Love: which is found on both Bedtime Stories album and her ballads collection Something to Remember. Although I’ve watched and enjoyed this AMA video performance of TAB many times before, I couldn’t help but swoon again with you over it with your beautiful, infectious reaction. This live performance was on January 30, 1995 and this song stayed on top of Billboard’s Top 100 Hits for an amazing 7 consecutive weeks, making it her longest running #1 in this chart. Although she’d make other lip-synch’d guest performances of TAB after this AMA, during the next 21 years fans would be dreaming and wishing that she’d perform this live in one of her world concert tours, and she finally surprised everyone when she performed this on February 4, 2016 in her Taipei concert of Rebel Heart Tour-fan made videos of that momentous performance were done on smart phones and were of poor quality. Later in March 19 & 20, 2016 in her final RH shows in Sydney to close out the tour, she performed TAB and this whole show was filmed in HD. I think that Sydney performance of TAB deserve an encore reaction from you since she won’t perform TAB again since then. The live audience reaction was magical and nostalgic, many came to tears and Madonna gave back her love, warmth and her heart to her fans. I have to be honest I wasn't all that impressed with her vocals through a lot of this performance, I remember watching it live back in 1995 :) It's a strange thing, sometimes she sounds great live and other times it sounds like she's having a hard time controlling her breathing properly and ends up going to lower registers even when the recording doesn't sound like that. Although I’ve watched and enjoyed this AMA video performance of TAB many times before, I couldn’t help but swoon again with you over it with your beautiful, infectious reaction. This live performance was on January 30, 1995 and this song stayed on top of Billboard’s Top 100 Hits for an amazing 7 consecutive weeks, making it her longest running #1 in this chart. Although she’d make other lip-synch’d guest performances of TAB after this AMA, during the next 21 years fans would be dreaming and wishing that she’d perform this live in one of her world concert tours, and she finally surprised everyone when she performed this on February 4, 2016 in her Taipei concert of Rebel Heart Tour-fan made videos of that momentous performance were done on smart phones and were of poor quality. Later in March 19 & 20, 2016 in her final RH shows in Sydney to close out the tour, she performed TAB and this whole show was filmed in HD. I think that Sydney performance of TAB deserve an encore reaction from you since she won’t perform TAB again since then. The live audience reaction was magical and nostalgic, many came to tears and Madonna gave back her love, warmth and her heart to her fans. I have to be honest I wasn't all that impressed with her vocals through a lot of this performance, I remember watching it live back in 1995 :) It's a strange thing, sometimes she sounds great live and other times it sounds like she's having a hard time controlling her breathing properly and ends up going to lower registers even when the recording doesn't sound like that. I love your reactions :) thanks for doing them.
