I want to warn everyone in the comment section: YOU MUST USE THE FLOWER THAT IS LINKED IN THE DESCRIPTION. If you use a store bought gluten free flour it will not set and you will get sand cakes. The flour they use in this video has Xanthen gum and cornstarch, two agents that are not always present in other flour mixtures.
Yes. Every Gluten Free flour is different, so same Gluten Free flour is recommended for best results.
Thank you- they should put that notes visible upfront so to warn people ahead of time.
Thanks for the info Kevin!
For cakes xanthan gum is a waste rather gives bad quality

TY for this recipe. It'd be helpful, if you can give your opinion on whether Bob's Red Mill Gluten-Free 1-to-1 Baking Flour will work as the flour of choice for this recipe. The ingredients of Bob's Red Mill Gluten-Free 1-to-1 Baking Flour are: Sweet White Rice Flour, Whole Grain Brown Rice Flour, Potato Starch, Whole Grain Sweet White Sorghum Flour, Tapioca Flour, and Xanthan Gum.
Yes this flour will work but please add milk gradually to make a dough. Don't add whole milk at once because of difference of flours.
I have used my own home blend for this recipe. You can try this blend too. Recipe is given with the name Gluten free bread flour.
@@GlutenFreee - Much thanks, and I will post my feedback after making the recipe.

You are welcome
These look perfect for back to school! I don’t have dough hooks, what can I do? Thanks!
You can use stand mixer or chopper with plastic blades.
Can I use soy milk?
Wanted to try this but i can only get Dove bread flour and xanthan gum so would this work to make the flour as in the uk i can't find any of the other ingredients to make the flour :(
Try with dove farm bread flour but adjust the quantity of milk.
Just made this and it came out well..but I dint have xanthum gum..so dint add that
That's great.
I am making these tight now. Waiting for them to rise!
thank you, Kindly, is this recipe made with coconut flour, cassava flour, tiger milk flour? If able, I would like to make them with these gluten free flours which I have on hand.
Made it. They taste amazing. I made a mistake and did 400 grams of flour but when I was kneeling it, it was still watery. How did you made the doe strong enough to not fall apart?? If I had less flour it would be even more watery?. What did I do wrong? More kneeling time?
Which flour you have used?
Difference of flours matters.
apki chocolicius cupcakes ki video show nhi hori kindly ap link send krdein

What can I replace with for ispaghula powder Instead?
It's psyllium husk, easily available everywhere.
You can skip it too but it will effect consistency of dough.
Hi! I can’t eat dairy, is it ok if I use coconut milk instead the normal milk? Or any suggestions? Thanks!
You can knead it with water only.
@@GlutenFreee thanks I will try today!!

Would it be possible to stuff them with cheese cubes or cooked mince meat or finely chopped chicken pieces ??? Or is the dough too difficult to work with ?
Yes it will work. Dough will be easy to handle but with the same flour. Can't say anything about other flours.
How can you add milk in gluten free recipe
These recipes are not dairy free. These are gluten free.

@@GlutenFreee thank you so much such a nice person
Can you use gluten free self raising flour? And do you have to use lemon juice?
Every Gluten Free flour is different, so same Gluten Free flour is recommended for best results.
I just tried this and my dough was to wet.. I couldn’t even form. I added more flour and more and still couldn’t form. I followed exactly. Might try again. 😩
Feeling sorry for that. Which flour you have used?
@@GlutenFreee I used King Arthur. I ended up letting them sit for 30 min and then scooped them with an ice cream scooper and then baked them... came out like biscuits so it’s not a complete waste lol. Maybe because I used 1% milk? I can bake just fine with regular flour but my son and I are gluten intolerant and I just can’t seem to get it and feel horrible when I waste flour. But the gf items are expensive! Plus I like making my own food. It’s not your fault. Thank you for sharing this recipe❤️
Actually difference of flours matters. I have bake them with my own blend.
Thank you for your words.
Where exactly in the description does it say the type of flour to use?
Bread flour blend
80 g white rice flour
21 g tapioca starch
15 g corn starch
30 potato starch
1 tsp psyllium husk powder )
1 tsp xanthan gum )14g
This quantity of flour blend gave me 7 nice sized rolls. I had to view the link to find the ingredients for the flour blend. X
Can we replace the milk with water?
Yes milk can be replaced with water.
I do not have electric rods. Is it same time with hands or can I use food processor?
Food processor can be used but with hands , it will be difficult as the dough will be very sticky.
Hi, I just made it, instead of yeast I used sourdough it was nice. I added 1/2 cup of sourdough, only one thing I did not get the colour of bread it was white in colour, I did not brush egg white instead I brushed soy milk colour,Can you help me on it. If I use egg I will get the colour?
Yes with egg ,you will get the colour.
Can I make these as individual rolles on a cookie sheet?
Yes
Can the gluten free flour mixture be replaced with cassava flour ?
I know about cassava flour and I would not recommend it. Cassava flour should only be used in a very small amount. It tends to go extremely chewy and hard.
Can u use just regular gluten free flour for this ?
Yes can be used but then add milk gradually to get required consistency.
Can't find the recipe for GF bread flour. Thanks, kindly!

Hello, please teach me more gluten-free food training. Of course, English playwright, thank you
Will this work without the sugar, eggs and milk? Would love it sugar free and vegan!
Yes it will work but result may vary.
Thank you for the recipe. I am also allergic to eggs. What can I replace it with? Or can I just do it without the eggs?
Yes, can be made but result may vary.
You can use psyllium husk powder and warm water to substitute for eggs. Look for videos on it typing phsyllium husk egg substitute.
@@SparkyOne549 Thank you so much!
@@benaiahjacques6604 You’re welcome! The extra fiber in the psyllium husk is a bonus!
What are the flours?
Bread flour blend
80 g white rice flour
21 g tapioca starch
15 g corn starch
30 potato starch
1 tsp psyllium husk powder )
1 tsp xanthan gum )14g
This is the flour blend they used, and I made 7 rolls from this quantity x
Gluten free means no flour
Gluten Free means No Wheat, Barley and Rye.
No, it's mean free of wheat, barlay and rye.
Can u do dairy free as well!?
Follow the same recipe and skip milk. Use water instead.
Do you sell them too? Gf products?
No, I don't sell.
mine came out like soup not batter. Seemed like a lot of liquids for only 2 cups flour
I’m just thinking that too. It must be the difference in the actual flour. As I can tell immediately 2 cups of UK. GF shop bought bread flour is not going to give me that result with the recipe ratios. It will be soup. 2 eggs alone are plenty liquid then there is 1 cup milk and 1/4 water. We would have to use the exact same flour as the video to get good outcome. I’m thinking of getting the Doves farm flour and so I’m researching recipes. I think I should find a UK recipe with ingredients I can too. Or there’s no chance of success with specialist baking.
Yes you are right . Difference of flour matters alot in gf baking. Each flour will give you different result.
@@GlutenFreee your recipe is the result of your hard work and it’s wonderful but people don’t know enough about gf flours .
Yes you are right.
Has anyone tried making these Without yeast -----------------
You have flour in it
How is that gluten free
That flour is Gluten free flour.
Gluten free bread flour is used in this recipe.
Can i use gluten free flour only? I dont have gluten free bread flour.
I followed your instructions exactly with the ratio you provided but it turned out to be a batter not a dough even though I did not add all the 1 cup milk. I think something is wrong with the measurements. It's a big waste of gluten free ingredients especially nowadays everything is so expensive. I feel terrible...
You’ve gone a long way with your channel but you’re missing a very important part of a cooking channel. You don’t put in a link to get a printable recipe. If I decided to make one of your recipes I would have to hand write the ingredients and instructions. This is why I won’t follow your channel or give it a thumbs up. Too bad.
guys it isnt gluten free theres yeast
