    Ingredients:
    GF Bread Flour : 1 cup
    For Gluten free bread flour: • Gluten free Bread Flou...
    Yeast : 1/2 tsp
    Sugar : 1 tbsp
    Salt : 1/4 tsp
    Oil : 1 tbsp
    Lemon juice: 1 tbsp
    Egg : 1
    Baking powder: 1/2 tsp
    Warm Water : 1/4 cup
    Warm milk : 1/3 cup
    Egg white : one
    Sesame seeds
    Directions:
    Add warn water in a bowl.
    Add sugar and yeast and place it for proofing.
    It will take 5 to 10 minutes.
    Add GF Bread Flour in a bowl.
    Add baking powder and salt.
    Mix all dry ingredients.
    Then add egg, oil , lemon juice , warm milk and yeast water mixture.
    Mix it with spatula.
    Knead with electric kneading rods for at least 5 minutes.
    Then set the dough with oily hands and divide into three portions.
    Make round balls of each portion and place them on a greased oven tray.
    Apply egg white and sprinkle sesame seeds.
    Place them for proofing for one hour.
    Preheat oven at 180 C.
    Bake for 18 to 20 minutes.
    Apply butter on top.
    Super soft buns are ready.

    Thank you, at first they were little watery so I have added gf flour till it looked like yours, when they cooked, they were so soft and delicious they did not get into pieces like most gluten free bread recipes do. Thanks again, I definately will use your recipe in future ♥️

    Thank you for the recipe! Made hotdog buns using this recipe today, yielded 5 generous buns. The dough was quite loose (like the best gf doughs always are), so I used a hotdog bun pan for rising and baking in. ,Best buns I've tried so far.
    Here are the metric measurements for the flour mix for anyone who just want to make this and not a full batch of the gf flour blend:
    80 gr white rice flour
    21 gr tapioca starch
    15 gr corn starch
    30 gr potato starch
    1 tsp psyllium husk
    1 tsp xanthan gum

    Hey i just finished your recipe and it was my first time baking! The buns turned so good even its a little dark at the top. My dough was too watery though but i added some gf flour. I wish i can do better and mix up some recipe for flavors. Thank you!

    Do you measure the gf flours by weight? Because most of the time my dough turns out too wet. I carefully measure the liquid quantity. But I use a measuring cup to measure individual flours not use a weighing scale

      Better to use kneading machine. You can use food processor too. But if not available then with hands for about 10 minutes.

    My dough became too watery. Still the buns came out very well after I managed to make balls of that watery dough. I think your measurements have minor error. Next time I will proof yeast directly in milk and add warm water as required.

      This Bread flour is wheat free and Gluten free . And made of Rice flour, tapioca flour, corn starch, potato starch. These grains are Gluten free.

      Try to make smooth balls with oily hands. Greese your hands with oil before making round shape balls.

      I have tried once without eggs without adding anything and result was good. Alternatively you can add one tsp flax seed powder dissolved in 2 tbsp of water.

      Xanthan gum is must to use ingredients but you can replace potato starch with arrowroot powder or boiled and mashed potatoes.. But better to get potato starch for best results.

    Gluten free flour does not equal gluten free flour. I had to use 3 times the amount of flour and I use very expensive and nutritious flour. And even with that amount of flour it doesn’t turn out like the one in the video.

      made it again using 3/4 cup cassava flour and 1/4 cup white rice flour. I think the 5 minutes of kneading is very important. the dough was wet but not soupy this time. Came out good

    Bad recipe. My mixture became too watery and after trying to fix it with more flour, it didn’t allow for my dough to rise properly and I got extremely thick piles of cracked dough. I tried to reconcile it by putting cheese on top but the biscuits are too thick. I’m so disappointed.

      @@OCDrummer74 it could be the type of flour you’re using because not all gluten free flour uses the same type of ingredients. It can drastically change the flavor. I’m honestly not sure what the issue is completely but I still haven’t found a proper recipe that truly works.
