Hi Everyone! I have a new website! GlutenFreeHabit.com. It's a great place to see and print all of my recipes. I hope you'll take a minute to check it out! Thanks so much for watching, liking, and subscribing :)
@@glutenfreehabitPlease, I'd love to know where you bought the beautiful pan that you baked these rolls in? Also, your long pretty fingers and hands are lovely. Best regards and God bless, Nancy.
This is GREAT!!! We are a family of 8. Three of us are gluten free. Your recipe has won over my super picky wheat eating aon. He said "this tastes like real rolls". Lol, he woke up asking could we make more. He actually calculated how many pans our oven could fit. We will make more and try additional recipe's. God bless you, our journey will now be easier, tastier and less expensive.
Hi Mikael Family! I love this story - especially about your son calculating how many pans could fit in the oven! Super smart! He knows how to get what he wants :) I see that you are commenting on the Soft & Fluffy Dinner Rolls Recipe...I've also just posted a recipe for Parmesan Herb Dinner Rolls (mild herb flavoring). I adjusted the recipe to make these even bigger and fluffier. I hope you'll give them a try for your huge, wonderful family! Go to www.glutenfreehabit.com. XOXO!
Thank you for this! I was thinking of baking stuff for my class, when I remembered that one of my classmates is allergic to gluten and I didn’t want to leave him out so I researched some gluten free recipes and I found yours. Thanks a lot!
Made these tonight with dinner and they turned out perfect and delicious! I have tried numerous gluten-free roll recipes with not much luck. These are now my go-to!
Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! This recipe is amazing. The best piece of GF bread or roll I have had the past year after my diagnosis with celiac disease. This is going to be a recipe I make for many years to come. I'm so grateful for your willingness to share you tips and tricks and recipes with us!
This is the best video for gluten free bread baking I've come across - and I've watched a lot of them. Thank you so much. Your explanations are super helpful.
Just made these for Thanksgiving and my super picky mom loved them! I love them too. Was actually easier than I thought it would be. Thank you so much!
Hi Miss Linda: My name is Rose and we are from New Orleans. I just subscribed to your channel. I simply adore your video, mainly your style; it is crisp, clear and easy to follow. And thank you so much for the detail explanation. It's the little details that matters sometimes as it shows you put so much love and care in your work. I have 5 kids, one grown and 4 school-aged kiddos. The 4 younger ones (10,11,12, and 13) were siblings who my spouse and I adopted a year ago who were separated in various group homes for many years. They never had much of a normal life before at all until we got them. I cook and bake just about daily and I am so glad I found your channel. I have been looking for great GH recipes simply just to reduce gluten in my diet. My family is not allergic to gluten, but I am allergic to lactose. I just love to cook for these kids and most of the time I don't eat what I cook as I can't have the cheese or milk in the ingredients, but I want my kids to experience what it is like to have a good and loving family life. I am ordering all the GH stuff I don't have and will be making these as soon as they arrive, mostly probably early next week. Great work and I will be looking at your other recipes as well.
Cannot wait to try this one. I have made your bread 🍞 four times now and I have gotten a few other gf people to follow your recipe too. Thank you for what you do !
Thanks for this video AND THANK YOU for putting the ENTIRE RECIPE down in the description; along w/ printable version in your website. This is great & many don’t do this step; which is extremely helpful 👍🏻 Thx for the wonderful recipe✌🏼
I made this recipe today for gluten and gluten free guests. These rolls exceeded any expectation. They were quite simply delicious. I credit my fantastic results with your simple and educational tuition. Quick and thorough. I'm excited about gluten free again. Thankyou, you are valued.

Hi! I've tried this bread for the first time, but the dough got too tough (or hard in Portuguese we say "dura e seca). At the time I added more water. Do you think I should add more eggs next time? Thanks and congratulations for your recipes.
You're welcome...and thanks for sharing your great idea for the slider buns!!! I'm going to have to try that next time. And kudos to you for doing all the cooking :)
Can you scoop and cover them and refrigerate them till it’s time to bake them? Wondering if they’d rise, just a little more slowly in the fridge. Wanting to make them for Sunday lunch but don’t want to have to wait for them to rise after we get home!
Hi, I would like to know if the oven temperature is the same for an electric oven verses a gas oven, I am used to an electric one but now have a gas one thanks, lynne
Will the rolls turn hard overnight n over several days? Where should we keep them? In the fridge in airtight container or just on the bench in the kitchen? Thanks. I really love your gluten-free rolls.

Multiple allergies are challenging and I hope that you have success adapting some of my recipes to your needs :) Enjoy your rolls!
I am new to the gd lifestyle. I was wondering if I could substitute the tapioca and rice flour for some basic gf baking mix or cup for cup measure GF flour? It's just what I have on hand. Have you ever made rolls with just the GF flour? Thanks!
I don't see why it shouldn't work. I'm right now experimenting with Betty crocker gluten-free mix. Just pay attention to the ingredients. Betty crocker does not have baking soda added. Bisquick gluten-free does. Both has xantham already added.

I think I'll make a batch for Mom's Day since my Mom and my sister and I are all Gluten Free, you are so right about the smell and looks of regular rolls as you pass them by and no I cant have one. Darn again...
No more letting the roll tray pass you by! What a nice idea to make them for Mother's Day!
These rolls look so good. How did they turn out for your mother's day dish?
Thank you for sharing.
Found this site just in time for the holidays! Yay!
Hi Cindy :) So glad you found this site too!! I hope you enjoy the recipes. Happy baking!
Thank you for this recipe... they’re so delicious 😋
I made these and messed up by confusing active yeast for xanthum gum and the bread still turned out delicious! Even though the yeast didn’t proof. What a great recipe! Lol
Haha...love it! Good to know how forgiving these rolls are...and I'm so glad you had success with them! Thanks for commenting!
GlutenFreeHabit yeah it was basically flat bread.
Very nice, is possible to do it with baking soda and not yeast?. Will come soft?
These rolls were amazing! I can't wait to try your other recipes!

WOW! This recipe looks amazing. I look forward to making these. I also have a diet of gluten free foods. This dinner roll recipe I can’t wait to try because I haven’t found a gluten free bread to my liking, but your recipe I’m sure I’ll enjoy. I’m looking forward to your next gluten free recipe.
they look amazing! definitely trying this out. If I wanted to use some sourdough wild yeast I made with brown rice flour instead of active yeast, do you know how much i need to use?
I'm going to try this recipe really soon
Hi. Your recipe looks amazing. Can't wait to try. Please it'll be nice if you can suggest a substitute to corn flour. Thanks

Hi Lisa. I'm glad you're giving it a try...I think you'll like it :) Thanks for commenting!
Hi! I've tried this bread for the first time, but the dough got too tough (or hard in Portuguese we say "dura e seca). At the time I added more water. Do you think I should add more eggs next time? Thanks and congratulations for your recipes.
hi. the same thing happened to me !!! i dont knnow what to do so im just making it with the dough now :(((((( hope it turns out okay!
Thank you so much! Have you ever tried developing a recepe with fast quick rise instant yeast? Or would it defeat the purpose?
Thank you so much, its been a real hard road being gluten free. Now I make everything myself, so I'll be trying this recipe. Hi lol
Hi do you have a flatbread recipe ..with no xantham gum or physllium husk added please .....

Babs x
Wow! Iam a dad that does all the cooking and I gotta tell
you your biscuits made the best gluten free slider buns! Thankyou😁👍
Looks great. Can’t wait to try.
Loved the recipe! Can I use gluten flour instead of using three different flours?
i'm making these so i get rolls this thanksgiving!
Very good
Hi, I would like to know if the oven temperature is the same for an electric oven verses a gas oven, I am used to an electric one but now have a gas one thanks, lynne
Will the rolls turn hard overnight n over several days? Where should we keep them? In the fridge in airtight container or just on the bench in the kitchen? Thanks. I really love your gluten-free rolls.
Can't wait to try these!! Looks delicious!
can you substitute almond flour instead of tapioca flour? just curious.
Tapioca flour is starchy feeling so probably not
these look great . even better you give the the flour mix to use . rather than pour already made gluten free flour .thank you
Hello, I subscribed your channel now, it's amazing gluten free recipes!
I will try do this rolls without the eggs because I have a allergy. I think I use a flaxeed
Greetings from Poland 😘😘
Hello Poland!! Thank you so much for watching and commenting. I hope your substitution works out...please feel free to share your results here so that others can benefit as well.
I made this roll for dinner
There was so good
Best gluten free recipe I have had
Thank-you
Thank you Marta! I'm glad you liked them. Thanks for commenting!
