    Just a warning to not jump straight into 6 trainings weekly, start with 3-4 then gradually add more days so you don't injure yourself from over training.

      Kamilox is very right, regardless though, dont train the same muscle group in less than 48 hours since you last exercised it when experiencing soreness. Not following this kind of rest period training can result in more pain than gain, and more damage than gain.

      Over training 💀 doing your average routine at gym won't do anything to you.
      You will be sore af the first couple of days. But it's not a big deal, unless you're a pussy.

      @@tahaelbaaj5663 not what he means. Where you might stop sitting around all day to go and workout, you might replace it with a bad eating habit from all the energy you lose. If you lose the bad eating habit, you might start sleeping In too late from that loss of energy. If it’s not that you might start drinking lots of coffee to stay awake which can lead to all sorts of emotional stress. The cycle keeps going, where you might lose one bad habit and get a good one it’s place, another bad habit will arise somewhere else. Sometimes you don’t even know it’s there until someone points it out.

    So i have started trying this tips a month ago, it was all normal , just a little struggle and hard to obey all rules. So i started following 2 or 3 tips and after 5 days, i tried to do 6 or 7 tips a day and it goes like this. And finally it has really changed my attitude, Everyone in my society said"You have changed" And yeah the flaws of it kept me down but finally after a month or today, I have accomplished a great behavior. Always remember that the best time to start something is TODAY.

      one thing i did to improve my self is i thought of stuff i wanted to stop doing and wrote down that i couldn't do it, and the opposite for stuff i wanted to start doing
      this might sound really stupid but it actually helped me. basically instead of following a bunch of self rules, i just follow one now, and its to follow that google doc lmao

      Yes most of them good, just 6 times gym (if its workout for muscle growth) is not that good especially for beginners. Also to quit 1 bad habit daily is way to unrealistic. If i want to stop smoking i starting with that and not overflow my brain with other stops.

    day 1: woke up 10 am cold shower mediated for 8 mins and then did 60 push ups 1min plank 20 situps drank alot of water went outside spent some time with family already feeling alot better i can focus more on sucsees now!

      Cold showers don’t clean you that good.. they close your pours and prevent dirt from washing away and other germs etc. Also have like 2-3 rest days in a week, Body performs best with rest.

      U eat at 3 am? Bro pls stop lol. Food cant digest properly while your sleeping. Eat your last mean at-least 2 hours b4 sleep. And the whole body builder eating program is overrated. You know, wating a million meals aday, eating 10000grams of protein, ect. I eat 2 meals aday never over 3, and my protein intake range from 60 to 150 or so grams a-day, and i have no problem gaining and maintaining alot of muscle. Gorillas eat nothing ut fruits and veggies and they have a ton of sting muscle. Just saying lol.

    Quitting one bad habit a day is too much too soon. It will just demotivate you very quickly and push you back into old habits. People can change quite fast, but not that fast.

      @@bruh69400 I stopped with smoking, drinking, taking drugs, energy drinks in one day. 1 or 2 times i drank a bit, but no big relapse. I also stopped working the job i hated. If you want to make this change you have first to realise how fucked up you are and that you cant live like this anymore. Ask God for help to stop and to give you strength to not relapse. With God nothing is impossible brother.

    Don’t take cold showers every night as it isn’t as good for your immune system. I take 2 a week and it makes you feel so alert and relaxed after. The shower itself is hell at first but it’s worth it. You’ll feel really good about yourself

    I would correct Nr. 9: making plans before sleeping causes restlessness, disturbs a good sleep. I do mediation before lying down and before closing my eyes.

      Cold showers don’t clean you that good.. they close your pours and prevent dirt from washing away and other germs etc. Also have like 2-3 rest days in a week, Body performs best with rest.

      but most of the things mentioned are basics for leading a quality life and nothing in this short is very much specific. You can adjust some of these like working out 5 or 4x instead of 6x and instead of forcing yourself to quit bad habits instantly (cuz' it won't work for long) you can gradually shift towards better ones.

    Fact number 1 actually Eddison states that one should not have more than 4 hours of sleep because imagine you just save your productive hours working towards your goals than sleeping. So the best time to sleep is at 1, work tirelessly till 1 in the night and sleep and wake up at 4.30 the most useful hours of your day start with your morning hours.. the morning hours determine the rest of your day... so live your morning just the way you want to live the rest of your life....

Make one with your goals that you want to succeed to do each day, and be a little bit flexible too, for funny activities to rest(like playing football(soccer), tennis, volleyball, doing some wrestling with someone you love etc. reading, eating a pizza with a friend or/and family member and so on)*
