I am always trying to start a healthy routine but it is just not possible living in an Asian household 😢 as a girl I am always expected to help my mom in chores I can't even say no because she is ill. No matter when I wake up I just can't get started with my studies before 1 pm and it is so annoying. ( I feel like crying 😭) The situation gets worse because I am aiming to crack the most competitive and difficult entrance exam of the country but my family just don't understand anything
As a JEE aspirant, I spend around 8 hrs a day studying, 1 hr of workout for 4 days a week, Sleeping at 10 to wake up at around 5-6 AM. Minimized all distractions and surrounded myself with people who are as ambitious as me. I'll be attempting JEE in 2025 so i still have around 10 months to grind.
