    Yaar....my words aren't enough to express how happy I am to explore you channel as I was searching for a proper workout plan which i could follow daily 🥲🥲😫...       @@bhuvi22 you can use bottle of 1L or 2L if you don't have dumbells

    What is the basic weight dumbbell to get?? Please reply didi

      I am using a 5kg dumbell set and a 7.5 kg set for a leg workout
      But for beginners, I suggest that you should start with less weight say a 2kg dumbell set, and increase gradually
